I have had some issues as well. Out of stock for months on some parts, so I canceled the order. Last order placed on 3/14/10, still not arrived. They haven't been very responsive via email. They maybe having same problems as other businesses, trying to keep inventory low.

I was called on a panel for a criminal case long time ago. I was rejected because I was previously a crime victim (robbed twice at gun point) and believed in the death penalty. The defendant was found guilty twice before and was on his 3rd trial. He was found guilty of raping and murdering his niece. The interview process took 3 days and I had to call a relief pharmacist to cover my pharmacy while I did my duty. The whole process cost me $500 and I got $18.00 for my troubles. That was an experience!

I have searched for this. I found the Nissan part # for rocker arms in a post a couple of weeks ago. Wrote down the number and now that I need it, I can't find it. Also, Rock Auto no longer shows the Beck/Arnley rockers. Thanks for any help.

You need to just talk to your supervisor. Tell him what you what you think and get ready to walk.

I don't know the employment laws of CA, but calling you exempt doesn't make you exempt. Unless you are management, highly skilled or have advanced degree, you are probably non-exempt. You should be paid from the first job to the last, including drive time. However, the employer doesn't have to pay you from the last job to home or from home to your 1st job. At least that is in Texas. Check with your state's wage and hour dept.

I shouldn't cost much to install the S2000 seats, certainly not anywhere near $500. It will cost you $500 to re-upholster the Z seats to the standard of the S2000 seats.

I hardly ever agree with anything on CNN, but I will agree with the Z.

I don't know if I would call it an addiction, but I do like the S30. I have had a 1984 Z31 Anniversary, 2004 Z33, 2003 G35 coupe in the past. Now I have just 2 S30's. I think the S30 has more road feel and "soul" than all the others.

This will sound a little weird, but the old Schneider cam (260F grind) is a N/A cam. It was installed in my old Turbo Tom built motor (1995) by a local mechanic who I will never use again, but when old_slow_car installed megasquirt, holset hy35, etc, the darn motor made 416 rwhp with a flat power curve to 6500 rpm. Even before we pulled the motor, it was still making 350 rwhp WITH THE WORN OUT CAM. So maybe TimZ is correct to have a Schneider nitrided.

Thanks for the offer but according to Rock Auto, no core is necessary.

MSA sells Schneider cams. I have the 260F grind and with less than 20K miles the lobes have deep grooves.

We purchased one of from Gianttech. Used to cut floor from my 260. It seemed to work OK. Had a problem with the seller though. It seemed they forgot to ship it. I waited 2 weeks before I called them and they said they forgot to ship before leaving town. Took 3 weeks to get it.

Great shape. It has lights like a 280Z but I thought the 74 1/2 260Z had injection.

I guess that is a "tax refund." Haven't had one in 20 years, I try not to give the Feds an interest free loan.

They are very tight in a 280 and the wings touch the door. When driving, the car caused the seats to vibrate so hard, it was difficult to drive. I pulled them out and re-installed the originals.

My wife tolerates it. I have had my early 260z since 1980 and probably put at least $30K in it. She rarely complains unless it sits in the garage too long and blocks her car. Of course she doesn't realize how much I have spent.
