  2. Can anybody recommend a place to get a rebuilt or low millage Honda transmission? Or A trans engine combo (Front Clip) ?. This is for a 96 Honda Civic Hatchback DX 1.6L 5spd... Thanks.
  3. Put a noid light on the injector connector to see if you get a pulse..
  4. I'd have to say thats the best response I've ever seen from a vendor.. I'm definately going to have to go with his parts for my build... Very Commendable.
  5. LOL.. I love robot chicken. Anybody who hasn't seen it should watch a couple episodes.
  6. You could put a pressure release valve on the vent. Then it will only vent after reaching a certain pressure..
  7. Put a fuel pressure gauge on it.. Then you'll know ( :
  8. That suck.. I bet one of the valves came loose when it fell. (Popped a retainer.) Then it slid down and bent towards the spark plug, when the piston came up .. ) :
  9. Great work man.. Keep at it and post the progress.. Is there a class for that size crawler?
  10. Lol.. Thats great. He got his had back though..
  11. Agreed with the above. That is what I've been trying to get people to understand. I went with RAAMmat BXT60. Great company and support.
  12. For anybody considering doing this. I would definately recomend checking out this link somebody else posted. I've personally experimented with different sound dampners. The asphault ones fall very short of the butyl rubber ones. If you are going to do the asphault, you might as well get the home depot stuff.. http://www.sounddeadenershowdown.com/
  13. Test for a pulse at your injector connector with a noid light.. Also hook up a fuel pressure gauge and let us know what it reads..
  14. Don't forget to bleed the sys. That's why it's not shifting now.. Bleed it and it should work for a while, but I do also recomend replacing the cylinder's..
  15. Sounds like your not getting fuel... Probably a clogged line/filter.. What car is this on?? We need more info. If it was carburated, where are you drawing the fuel from??

  17. Lol I'm drunk... So if this makes no sence don't blame me.. This is one of the best threads lately... The point about maximum airflow vs. boost is on the money..Also, Staged injectors work great. You can still idle , pass emissions, get better MPG, and have better crusing/response.. The guys that posted that info probably know but a lot of others dont... There is only so low you can go on the min.. pulse width of an injector.. So when you run only one set of huge injectors you can't help being overly rich.. But with a set of staged injectors you can have the best of both worlds... ( : .
