  1. Nice job! Always seems to take more time and money to do things right! chris
  2. Like this? I have a similar tank and, because it is longer than it is wide, it would install better (room-wise) this way. Anyone else installed one like this? Did it work OK? Any other problems? I asked Gabe at TTT but he couldn't remember who's car this was. Thanks in advance! chris
  3. Are you planning on building a drag racer? The chassis kit is set up for a 4 link. chris
  4. I think it is closer to $450! http://www.modern-motorsports.com/z31-half-shafts.html I'm wanting to do the same thing, I have the Z31 turbo axles but want to change out the shaft to insure a good fit in my 260Z. Black Friday Sale????? chris
  5. Nice looking car! The suspension has been modified so look to see if you are "riding on the bump stops" or, do you have enough compression travel before something bottoms out causing the bumpy ride? chris
  6. I am going to use the front pinion flange, it is still on the rear end. What do you consider to be a fair price for the output flanges? chris
  7. Got these off my 280Z parts car. Have no clue as to value. 50 bux shipped? chris
  8. Got mine today! Thanks Savage42 for doing another run. This little bracket is going to save me a lot of time and frustration. chris
  9. OMG! That console is beautiful! All my children have left the nest so, first born is out of the question. Could I interest you in another left n%%? Seriously, do you plan to manufacture for sale? I do not have a console for my 260 build and will require one within the next year or so. chris
  10. Let's see, $250 for the aluminum, you're probably going to be in the CNC better part of a day, that's another $480 @ $60/hr. After running the first one and optimizing your machining processes might get it down to 1/2 day in the CNC! You have already put in several hours (days) capturing geometry, generating a CAD model, writing code to run your CNC, one offs ain't cheap! chris
  11. Exactly what I've been looking for! Anyone know what the proper front size caliper to pair with this kit would be assuming a 12.2" rotor? I think the AZ is a 1.75" dia 4-piston Superlite. TIA chris
  12. Did a search here and found one thread about the Harbor Freight auto helmet from '06. Everyone seemed to like it. Anybody bought one lately? Is it still good? Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance! chris
  13. Wow KnuckleDuster, that is way cool! Looks like a blast to drive. chris
  14. This would have never lasted this long on Ratsun! chris
  15. Well, Z2000 is taken. See: http://forums.hybridz.org/topic/77289-couple-pics-f20c-honda-s2000-240z/ chris
  16. You might try searching http://forums.hybridz.org/forum/54-z32-series-300zx/ chris
  17. I've had Rota's on my Hondas in the past with no problems. Got a set of RB-R's in 16 x 8 for my 260 build. chris
  18. You might want to check the availability of the Illuminas! Has been a lot of chatter on this board about them not being available and/or on indefinate backorder. chris
  19. Yeah, it's definitely worth going! Don't know if I'll make it but have been to several. They have it twice yearly. Most anything muscle car, street rod, rat rod, old cars, some exotics, lots of tool vendors, race cars, race car parts. Not too many imports, but I have seen Bugs there. Saw a couple of Z Cars once. Chris
  20. Yeah, he (SuperHatch) has about a 10 page build thread on 300zx.com http://www.300zxclub.com/showthread.php?t=219340 I'm toying with the same idea for my Z32. chris
  21. You have a junkyard with a Maserati BiTurbo? chris
