  1. you need the harness that incorporates the bulbs? left, right or both sides? i have both if you need, shoot me a pm.
  2. boy from oz, many thanks for taking the time to offer your input & feedback-much appreciated. we wish it was a one size fits all exercise but we're aiming to do the best we can to fit all involved.
  3. that is one of the items on the list along with; spark plug clearance [install/removal/wires], ease of install, routing of collectors-frame rails, steering, etc.
  4. working around 2 schedules-the shop and sunnyz [josey]. the shop now has made space [after i notified them we had reached our minimum for the group buy] and josey located a trailer & tow vehicle. the z is loaded on the trailer and will depart early [zero dark thirty] monday morning with the intention to arrive at the shop around noon. josey expects to spend time with the shop owner/builder on monday voicing our desires and challenges of long tubes for the s30z. shop anticipates that if all goes as planned they hope to have the prototypes ready in about 3 weeks and has committed to provide us [myself & josey] feedback and pics along the way. as we receive the info it will be posted here in the thread!
  5. let us not forget the paypal haircut as well-and they are now owned by ebay
  6. same seller had previously posted headlight switch and [separately] turn signal switch, buy now 0.99 but read below the $50 shipping, per item. people are funny...
  7. joe, i know it involves shipping but i have most of what you are looking for, used and good condition. david
  8. once the initial group buy is complete the builder will have all the specs and can then offer the headers individually, they will, however, be more expensive than the gp buy price-how much, i'm not certain.
  9. i can remember doing some late braking runs into the busstop at watkins last summer and the tail waggin' back and forth. sawing the wheel to keep it back there and having fun doing it. the guy riding with me asked if it was normal. i told him it was an old car, dated technology with no electronic nannys and, most importantly, an absolute workout to drive-i love it. great excerpt you included jon, will print & use that to fine tune my bias next month at wgi.
  10. i found the problem- it's the flannel shirt!
  11. in a word, YES! you have been added to the list and are number 16.
  12. awesome, now we have 15. i'm calling both builder and sunnyz to get the prototype ball rolling!
  13. welcome to the club steve, i'll have you added to the list shortly-#13. only 2 more and we begin prototype production! i pm'd all the members from the other thread so they are aware of this thread and have my fingers crossed we can add 2 more shortly. keep in mind that we can and will continue to add people to the group buy [gb] list [which will get you the gp by pricing] until the prototypes are complete and we're ready to begin production. at that time, when all on the list are given the builders info, the gb is then closed and anyone thereafter can purchase the headers, just not at the gb pricing.
  14. love to see pics of the chassis [from below] when you can.
  15. got it, the light bulb is now fully illuminated [for caster anyway...]
  16. did a search on the net and some reading but am still not certain which way is positive caster. please don't flame me on this one... is positive caster when the wheel is moved or adjusted forward from its normal position [on our s30 by extending the t/c length]?
