  1. Wow, drop, dead, gorgeous! Can't wait to see it assembled!!
  2. I'm in the club as well - after welding on the mounts for the PDK strut bar assembly. Keith, I have some spare 1/4 glass if you can't find any local.
  3. I have the wiper cowl [windshield louver panel] but not the turn signals. Email me, I'll provide a picture & pricing. palermodavid13@gmail.com
  4. Assuming the Fairlady emblem pictures & measurements I sent you were helpful?
  5. PM me with the color you need [have both in my z parts stash].
  6. Great write up, thanks for sharing that Miles.
  7. Keith, if Craigs set doesn't work out let me know.
  8. Keep feeling for us: In Rochester [my home] we've received over 100" this winter. Last week we got 18" in 10 hours. Props to our DOT, they had most of the roads clear [some were even dry!] by the following day! We had a nice rainfall last evening and provide we have no additional salting the z could come out of hibernation soon...
  9. Looking for a member here who lives in the Fresno area that is willing to look at a Z I'm interested in purchasing. As we all know pictures always do cars justice and most look worse in person. Before I purchase this Z I'd like someone to take a detailed look at, under, around & in this, either confirming or otherwise the pictures the owner has sent me. Please email me if you're able to help; palermodavid13@gmail.com Beer or other compensation provided!
  10. I have an ECU from a 75 5speed, factory a/c car, If you're interested shoot me an email; palermodavid13@gmail.com
  11. I have a pair of NOS Fairlady badges, let me know how you'd like the pin's measured - shoot me an email; palermodavid13@gmail.com
  12. We too still have snow on the ground but more threatening is the heavy salt residue which remains on all the roadways. We'll need 2x+ good rains to wash away the 'danger' before my z will leave the hibernation cave!
  13. If it's just the pulley I have one, pm me.
  14. LS1+ Tremec MT 6 speed. I've auto-x'd, dragged & tracked my car as well as 'spirited street driving'. Wouldn't go back to the L6 [mine was a supercharged L28 before the LSx swap]. Basically stock LSx swap into a z will run 12 flat in the quarter, run over 150mph and break loose the tires with a generous application of left pedal in 1st or 2nd gear [which is good for about 60mph]. Gets high 20's mpg on the highway, great low end torque and chevy parts are cheap.
  15. I have a set from a lower mileage 75 280z I parted last year as well as a set still on the 77 engine, pm me.
  16. Watched "safety not guaranteed" last night. One of the characters drove a yellow 280z 2+2. Funny thing is they dubbed in a V8 [sound] but sometimes it seems they forgot to dub the sound so you could hear the old L6 buzzing. Z appears twice in the trailer [below at 1:17 & 1:58] and quite a bit throughout the movie.
  17. Anxiously awaiting pics! Funny how different we're built. I'm 6'3", 175lbs soaking wet. 36" inseam [32x36 jeans, when I can find them] and wear a 42L suit but have to have the coat & trousers tailored cause I'm too darn lean.
  18. Phar, with the speed at which lighting is progressing would you consider LED vs. HID in your project? Saw a round headlight jeep the other day decked out in new LED headlights, nice pattern and cutoff. They're a bit pricey though so i'm waiting...
  19. I have a pair from a 77. Good condition, pm me.
