Man-O-Man,
When and if I move out of CA, and have some major garage space, I'm going on a toy (tools) spending spree and a 10 ton press is absolutely on my list, as is a big-ass compressor, parts washer bay etc etc!!!

Mine's definitely bigger!!!
Well, it's longer anyways. It's a MOMO chrome/carbon fiber unit.
So your's is fatter, but mine's longer.....which one is better....Hmmm that's the age old question isn't it!!
Tim
Yeah, turn the adjusting rod so that it tightens into the pedal, thereby shortening the rod. from what you describe, you will need about 5 full turns.

Curious as to the general nature of the area:
Climate,
Economy,
Population type (low, middle upper class)
or just some general intrinsic details....
Thanks,
Tim
This is all very strange. I have not had any problems at all, and I've visited the site on at least 10 different computers, running everything from W95 to W2K and everything inbetween, and on IE and Netscape.

Get from JTR:
1. setback plates (x2)
2. Spacers for motor mounts (x2)
3. tranny mount (x1)
Don't bother with the body spacers. For the engine mounts, get a set of 69-71 chevy truck units from the local parts store.<$20
The rest of the stuff you can get locally, make yourself, or get from MSA.
Don't know the specifics, but according to the MSA catalogue, there is a part number difference. 70-74 is the same, and 75-78 is the same.
For the steering racks, the model ranges are: 70-73 and 74-78.

Hey, I resent that. I started the whole thing, you can all have second dibs...
Thure
Damn-It. Matt, we've both been out dibbed.....screw it...just give me set already!!!!!!!!!!!

I used 1inch x 3 inch x .087 wall thickness rectangular tubing. Way overkill IMO, but when I went to the steel yard they were out of 0.062 wall rectangular tubing, and I was impatient.
