Sorry, but it won't be ready that quick. I still can't work on my car half as good as before the big C hit me. It will take me awhile, doing a little bit each day till its all together again. Its a demo RB26 motor built by a shop in japan. The pic has been around for the last couple years, and it was even put up for sale on Ebay by a stupid scammer. The motor never ran in that config. It was just a attraction peice built by that tunner shop in japan.... Really nice parts on that motor though. Wish I had it.

Thats a bummer J. At least I got to ride in it, only on pump fuel, but it was quite a ride!! Maybe I'll return the favor soon, as I just finally got my motor back in the car after the new engine bay paint. I can't wait to feel that RB powerband again, this time in my car.... Just got to hook it all up and I'll be prowling the streets... Good luck on your build!! j.

Sounds just like what I had happen if the back side of a regular oem damper did not get cut back so my TEC2 trigger wheel would clear the timing cover. I'm sure thats what is happening, although its hard to belive Dave didn't know this would happen. Also hard to belive the new damper wouldn't be made to accept the wheel w/o contact.... Prolly going to have to be installed on the front of the wheel, like TimZ did on his BHJ damper with the TEC2 wheel. http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=103543&highlight=BHJ+damper

Yes, you will need a custom deiveshaft, along with many other parts, ie; motor mounts, trans mounts, etc. Please start reading in the RB forum, you will learn alot, plus you may not get flamed so bad for asking questions that are answered here on a daily bases.... Thats good to hear. I had spoke about You using the KAZZ unit while everyone was throwing around different brands of LSD units, and pro's and con's of them. Would you mind giving a hint of the going cost to purchase one of these R230 units please? I'm sure they also have the R200 units too. Wonder how close they come to the Power Brute cost?

I think putting a KAAZ LSD unit, or which ever others they make into the R230 is the best route to take if you really feel the R230 is needed... I wish TimZ would drop in on this discussion, he went with the custom R230 swap, and changed out the carrier to a KAAZ unit.

Ebay sucks big ones when to try and stop something like that fast. I just finished two different live chats with them morons... they just try and pass the buck with you, saying its not their dept. that handles that type of issue... Both ended up giving me a link to click on to report it. Everytime I've ever tried to do something about a scam auction, this happens... its almost like they don't REALLY want to stop them, cause the're making money off of them, even though they are frauds. Think about it, ebay gets paid when you open a auction, weather its legit or not. They get their insertion fees, etc. soon as you click on the complete auction button. You HAVE to have a credit card/ bank account on file to sell on ebay.... they know who these crooks are....

How about anodizing them? JohnC, have you ever known CCW to anodize the whole wheel, instead of just the centers? I wonder how that kind of finish would hold up? Thanks for all the responces guys.....

I bought this R32 GT-R Skyline sub frame, but it was just for the R200 CLSD... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110034826586&category=42609 I also have a complete rear sub frame drop from a 94 Z32TT that does have the complete brake hubs, calipers, and rotors on it. I think they are the same as the Skyline....
