you talking about the phillips screws on the carbs??? if there is any sort of paint on the head of the screw make sure you take a little dental pick and get all of the paint out of it before you try to take it apart. then just go at it with a good new screwdriver that still has sharp edges. you really shouldnt be stripping them off though...

my cousin has had both linex and rhino liner done.. we first had the rhino liner done in his first work truck... and to tell you the truth.. its junk it peals up and it just looks bad after a few months.. then we had linex done on hes second truck and we couldnt be happier it is 10X more durable than the rhino and it hasnt peeled up or anything. and a couple years later and it still looks good.

changing your sway bar end links will in no way change the geometry of your suspension. all the sway bar does is control the body roll on the car. if im thinking right if you lower the sway bar in the front it would actually increase the preloaded tension on the sway bar and thus could make it a little stiffer.. so if you lower the mounts and then find its to stiff you could then put in a set of 1" shorter sway bar end links and then it would be at the stock preload

here is a picture of the first box i did. It was done in my friends 01 Tiburon. it isnt perfect but i learned alot and the next ones i made where much better pic before the sub box pic after the sub box was done and finished and fitted..

Yeah thats why i said i wanted to make molds of them so i can make a few sets for people.. but honestly i dont have the money to make the first one's and molds right now.. I did have someone PM me and he asked to buy/fund the making of one but im not sure i would feel comfortable taking someones money on a product that i havent made yet and i was planning on making them with 10's for my car im planning on having them on both the drivers and passengers side but thats just for me would be easy to just make one side for someone..

im planning on doing this to my car. and yes its custiom ive made a few boxes like that for friends.that turn out real nice. Mine are going to be removable so that i can take them out when i am actually concerned about weight... and i figure i only way 155lbs so even if i dont take them out i bet i weigh 30lbs less than alot of guys on this Forum so its no big deal... i am planning on makeing molds of mine once im done just so i can make a few of them if people ware interested..

looks ok.. but cant see the back very well but i think i know where your at. but honestly after you have your car on jack stands the last step should be to actually try and make it come off them.. which means just shake wobble and push the car to see if it will move. if it wont. then you should be ok

i agree that set belts work and i always wear one.. but when i was 18 i fell asleep on a super 2 highway and was going 70(speed limit was 65) and fell asleep and drifted into the side of an oncoming semi also going 70.. it was a Yellow Frieghtliner truck hauling 2 trailers and i hit right behind the door and hit every wheel on the semi and trailers and then flipped the secound trailer when i hit the back wheels.. needless to say i wasnt wearing a seatbelt and i was in bad shape but the only real damage was the fact that my battery got crushed and i got acid on my face and in my eyes. no broken bones. only a few cuts.... then my friend wrecked on the same road not 2 weeks later and died and the wreck looked alot less sever and he was wearing his seat belt.. it just kinda made me feel like why did i make it and was doing stuff wrong and here he was doing every thing right and he still died.. it honestly bothered me for a good 2 years after the accident and took alot to get over it... so basically just keep trucking on you can make it through this..

my neighbor who is an old probably 70 year old lady has a really really really nice restored one.... she babies that thing so much lol. i dont think ive heard it rapped out past 2-3grand

ive been pulled over like 3 times in the past year with the cops thinking im drunk when i come home from my gf's house because i go down the main street in town with all the bars.... i haven't drank in probably a year and half and i always blow a zero.. but the last time i thought it would be funny to say i had been drinking and to act kinda sloshed... it was a female cop and she was doing her best to act all macho when she only stood 5'2" and im 6'1" lol and she did the eye test and i made my eyes not fallow it all that well. and then she made me blow and i blew a zero. she looked at it.. thought it was broken or something and made me do it again. still blew a zero then i straightened up and told her i was joking around and i was ready for her to be pissed and she honestly laughed at it which i thought was really cool. she then proceeded to tell me to have a good night and let me go...
