  1. Hay simon we have 4 CNC programs for the L6 , and yes sw motor sport has 1 as well for the E88 inj head that works very well
  2. The porting of the datsun head is alive and well lol , we have not stoped trying to make them better and trying new things all the time and our new heads with moved guide and long rocker as well as new chamber shape will be out soon , we have the port up to 380hp now for the n42 p90 , and with the new water mods there realy coming along ,
  3. The 50mm throtal comes from EFI hardware and we fab the rest off the parts
  4. Better to feed the turbo cool water from the block and then feed it back under the thermostat ,
  5. The carbs will kill the fun before the cam, the cam will make power from 4500 to 7500 with 45carbs and will go to 8 , i have that size cam in lots of engines , one with 48mm carbs that we rev to 9000 , so with your carbs id come back on the cam to about 280d and keep it cast piston make good torque and power at 6000 , if you want more go forged piston and run more cam and carbs
  6. Well , was it a street engine hell no lol it was angry and ran on E85 fuel boost was 25psi with a 66 to4 garret and was crasy to drive in a light zed engine spec was 88mm bore f54 block rb30 stroker crank 89mm rods were honda, piston was flat top forged custom , head was p90 with 46mm valves inlet standard size exhaust with race ports with 230cfm intake 155cfm ex , inlet was a custom made by me, so was the exhaust , cam was a 280d 500 lift 112 centerline , motec ecu with ls1 coils one of my disys , was a fun thing but very hard to drive fast for long races ,
  7. Yes sorry 2447cc , that a big bore kit , good luck with it all ,,
  8. Just on that subject , the last 5 engines i have built made within 2 hp off the airflow numbers off our bench , there a great tool if you use them right and dont cheat, and you must use the bore size that you have on the bench .
  9. i normaly run cams that size 270 10mm 280 10mm , torque down low is more to do with the turbo you use , the 26 wont make much under 3800 so its one or the other mid or top end , medium frame turbo or large .
  10. Long deg duration low lift cams rev well , and last well as the speed on the rocker is much slower .But dont make the same torque and power as the high lift race cams we use, having close to 600th and 314d @ 50 will be 260+ on 106c or 108 .... this type of cam makes power from 4300 and makes peak torque at 5500 and peak power at 7500 , this is in a L28 with 89mm bore and 3, 45,48 carbs , now when i say it makes power from 4300 i mean thats when its on the cam ,but they make plenty before this and are fun to drive , ,
  11. Hi Stony mate this happens because the cas is not in it right spot , with no back lash , it happens when people run the engine with the top cover of so you can see the belt , .. when it happens you need to replace the cam , with out the tab the timing has to much scatter and the timing will be all over the place ,,, pmc
  12. 260@50 310d 550Lift on 106c is right on the money with 10.5 comp ported head and 3 45carbs and a good set of pipes
  13. Add 100th lift it would be ok, these cams are for people that dont want to set up the springs and piston to make them realy work
  14. MMMM 172 hp per L lol better than a 410 sprint car engine and better than any engine in the world NA with that rpm . if that was for real that 410 sprint engine would make 1191 hp the best one in the world makes 850 realy
  15. So is that 400hp @ 550 of 400cfm @ A 2.2 would have to make 180hp per L to use that much air a sb2 nascar head flows 400cfm at 700 and if you could get a 2.2 to use that head it would make 450hp NA thats that better than any F1 race car they need 17000rpm to make that VE a nascar makes 130hp per L
  16. We do have them for that head and the 50mm itb flow more than the head will and there is no power to be had from the bigger bore , infact we tried some when we made this set and lost so much torque under 6500rpm , we found the 48mm set would make the same hp in 2L form as the 50mm up to 8500, and made more than the 55mm set as well . the 50mm set made power to 10000rpm in the LKA 2L . pmc
  17. Yes not cheep to make but works so well the L 2.3 made 300hp at 7500 ,, and we are making a L28 manifold as well,so the stroker gets some good air lol
  18. For the crasy people that like the Lka conversion 50mm itbs hi low inj
  19. And there fricken cooooool , and they make more hp than NA RBs and sound horn at 8000rpm
  20. Hears our RB stroker crank for the L 28, stroke is 89mm with a 89 bore its a 3.322 . 3.4 with a 90 mm bore and is a gem to drive . We also do a 96mm stroker
