NO, you just splice to one of your ignition wire, constant +, ground and that's pretty much it. What year is your Z is going to be? I can tell you how to wire it for 78.
I think you mean inches of Hg' date=' Yo
10" is low, but that's what my engine ran with an aftermarket turbo cam (the Schneider 270/280).[/quote']
I guess I just reading what my Autometer boost gauge say.
That's a miss info. the size of the 300zxt turbo and 280zxt turbo are same. only difference is center section. And L28ET is rated @180HP with factory 6-7 psi. You can run alot of boost on L28ET too.
Have you guys seen this? This would be great for me because I'm only lean on high rpm. It's rpm depended rather than boost dependent. I'll probably try it if RRFPR with adjustable FPR is not going to work. More detail@http://216.242.145.16/products/product.phtml?p=31&large=1
I think the thin copper gasket goes between the flange and BOV. I'll be a POA to weld the flange with arc welder. You can weld it mig on the J-pipe and cut and reweld to the IC pipe when you get you an IC. Give us an audio so we can all hear it.
I think when I did my math, the stock injectors are only good for 270HP. I could be wrong. all I know is my dyno showed 14.5:1@5500rpm with 8psi of boost. And my EGT max@ 1615deg F WOT 3rd, 4th gear@10psi.
