  1. By going to each one of them and checking the voltage/resistance, if you look at the "EFI BIBLE" it has the procedures, steps, and order to do it all in when having a fuel issue. That link is a serious life saver, i would tell anyone with a "z/zx" to read it multiple times untill they feel like its getting memorized, it will save you alot of headaches.
  2. Dont know of any fiberglass but i am pretty sure MSA can still get their oldschool metal louvered hoods but they arent cheap (be forewarned). -Jeff
  3. pfft 195-45-15 on a 10 is the helllaaaaflushessness stretch ever, for some reason my crazy (read stupid, doesnt car about his wheels) friend had done so on a 240sx as well as on his yota....dont get it really and its suchhhhh a pain to get it to finally seat/bead.
  4. tq breaks shAt not HP, get away from the ricer shop and find a good reputable one, only costs about $20 to ship a driveshaft so $40 total added to 100-200 still cheaper than those yahoos
  5. Z & ZX suspension, think i got this right (havent messed with them cv's/turbo stuff in a while) and trying to use their terminology.... Please correct me if i am wrong JonhC but i am pretty sure i have these marked correctly because i know i have been asked this by a few people.
  6. yes sirrrr and we've pmed back and forth before but yes there are plenty of 15" options, why do you think i have about 4 sets of them lol
  7. Well since nobody has replied, if you look up a lock set the new ones are pretty pricey, most of the time a full set goes for 100-150 on here, i have a parts car that has all of what you are looking for if you can do $120 shipped, just let me know. -Jeff
  8. got both of em off a running/parts car still in great shape 45 shipped (since youre wayyy out there) and their yours
  9. uhhhh broooo there are a ton of 15" wheels like nitto 555s, bfg ta's, cooper cobra's, futura's, etc that are 255-295/50-60/15....shoot me a call or email and ill hook you up. anyone else needing tires i have GREAT pricing (obviously wont be so great if i have to ship them to NY from TX but i get em cheapppp). Nine7Two 8three8 7937 datsundriver88@hotmail.com -Jeff
  10. ive got one but obviously it wouldnt be too cheap to ship it (couple hundred) but its an option if youre interested, also have a few spare blocks if you want to fix yours/swap parts, that would be cheaper to tear yours down and fix unless you find it complete and local
  11. for cereal though, you normally could just reach up inside the wheel well and pop that out but with that hella flusher look even if you get it jacked up in a few hours you would have to pull the wheel to even think about it since its so low.
  12. prolly a stand, sheet of plexi, and a router
  13. dude the reason they are bitching is because its an suv, tow whatever you want, just be prepared for the trailer either coming off or flipping your suv...and have a fun time
  14. You mean like this one that is sitting at my house?
  15. ask uhaul if they would rent you a car hailing trailer lol that should tell you something

  17. you check the chts (cylinder head temp sensor) on the thermo, they are notorious to going stupid and making us pull out our hair
  18. hey How much for the rims?

  19. you need to find another forum, like classiczcars or zdriver or someone who doesnt mind answering a ton of run of the mill questions. Hybrid is more of an experienced, go fast, pushing the envelope site. Not to mention there are a ton of threads on trouble shooting, all types of files to help you with electical layouts, fuel system and how it works, efi readings, etc and you posted in the wrong section in the first place. This should be in the trouble shooting/tech section. But hey youre new, so please either search, post in the correct section, do some simple tests yourself, or be prepared for getting flamed, threads deleted, etc. just a fair warning...
  20. OMG here i know i was being a smart ass without coming out with it and thought you would catch on, but the heads are made different one has notches for efi one doesnt. the route you want to go shouldnt affect that but its still an efi head with carbs (wasnt meant to be) but figuring out the efi should be easier than plugging egr in the header, switching to carbs, fpr/gauge, and tuning the carbs since you are going to have to change alot since the efi PUMP is being used and not the stock carb system. Why not just spend the 100-200 at a shop and have them trace it down for you?
  21. please look around the site...its not just a bored out l24, and pull the manifolds on both cars and take pics of the heads and you should be able to see if it will or not
