Make sure that the rotor is centered on one of the posts in the cap, also, post your dwell settings.

I can't promise that the slots are all the same length, but it should be close. If you have a timing light, use that. Try using 10deg cranking.

On methanol with 20:1 I've gotten 399hp out of it.

Change the req_fuel value in the engine constants to match your injectors, use the calculator it has. I think mine was about 13ms. Do this too.

That probably wouldn't be out of place on one of these, I'd be kinda interested to see some flow numbers and close ups of things. Here's a fun time waster, go download the trial of engine analyser pro and try to design one of these engines, it's harder than it looks. The best I've done was 335hp at ~7k from a 3.1, using 1 fast z's ported p90 flow numbers+10%, 12.5:1 on ethanol assuming a welded and coated chamber.

Do you have a wideband? If it fires but doesn't run adjust the after start enrichment and the warmup enrichment.

All I can think of is that they go around the valve seals to hold them on, if they are the new valve seals should have their own. How big around are they?

I've always thought that the issue with making power higher in the rpm range was airflow, not valve float. Not to say valve float isn't an issue...

I don't have a wheel, but I do have 2 aftermarket seats out of, oddly enough, an RX7 that I use for gaming seats. You should be able to put something together for ~$4-500 that would easily play most games. I just put a used 9800gt in my ~2yr old amd dual core machine and it plays all the games I have maxed out(turok and oblivion mostly), I think I've got $500 in it including a 17" LCD.

There have been some BIG arguments on dirtbike forums about avgas vs 93 vs c16. IIRC avgas is much less volatile, it vaporizes much less readily and this kills throttle response.....on a bike, which can go from idle to 13k in ~.1 sec. I don't think it's a big issue with a mixture in an average hot street car.

BAD idea, you're going to waste a bunch of time and money for a sub-par braking system(worse than stock). I've used steel to make AN compatible brake hardlines and it was easy to work with even in the extremely tight confines of that particular project.

Why not get a set of output shafts made from 4340(M)?

What type of file is it? What resolution? A lot of computers have trouble with higher quality h.264 files. My amd dual core desktop barely played 1080i .m2ts files from my sony HD camera until I got a graphics card that decoded instead of the CPU. If you have a multicore CPU and VLC plays it, but not very well you want to download k lite codec pack. After you install it, find ffdshow video decoder configuration and change the h.264/avc decoding to ffdshow-mt, this was the only way I could play full quality files until I got a better graphics card.

I believe the z31 has a pattern like you're describing, I don't have a wheel on hand to verify though.

There's nothing special about the 327 really, just a smaller version of a 350. But for $150 I'd grab it, just make sure you're not being lied to and it is really a 327 and not a 305. mortec.com has all the info you need to determine what it really is.
