  1. I bought a part from them ( a generic BOV for a friend) and actually it is great BOV no leaks .. i think they sell nice products.. however i would not buy a turbo from them
  2. yeah i have, site down, need reupload
  3. Not to be the devils advocate, but think you guys are to emotionally involved in this, a mustang especially a fastback is an American Icon, and they mutilated it with some jap engine…. It comes of in opinions as about the same as bluntly put a transsexual… it just isn’t done.. (ok ok that is an image that really does make me sick) To me a foreigner .. I see a mustang with a RB, agreed it looks awkward to see such a designed looking engine under the hood of a lo tech car … but that is about it… I think it is cool… now if it could only make a turn .. hmmm lets build a vette with a rotation engine !!
  4. yeah im really anxious aswel as i have a z32 TT gearbox... driveshaft and r230... it would make using the r230 easier
  5. I am aiming for 400HP, and i think it will be sience fiction, so i would have to see at least 300 ( reality kicks in there ), and i think it is doable with my set up, and this all will be on a P90A.. ( BEWARE not all p90a's are Hydrolic!!!) Id say the l28 has enough potentential to pull under 6K and even to make the 300 benchmark hopefully more. WHo here made in excess of that with a p90a ??? My set up is a 440 or 480 cc injectors t3/4 will be set at max 20PSI for the stock HG 3"exhaust custom manifold IC, MsS , stock internals for now ( if the HG goes ill go o ring orso) however back on track , the discription you give sounds like a turbo that could have been run WO an aircleaner, but a worn turbo does not mean the engine is bad aswel. shutting the engine when how will ruin a turbo, not an engine. There are so many things that will ruin a turbo fast ... But yeah buy a gasket set, and rings and main bearings, replace them all so you'll know it is good... This will give peace of mind, and a solid base
  6. It fairly depends on what you want to use the car for, however i would say a 77 through 82 5 speed as the late zx 5 speed has longer ratios. Swapping to a 4 or 5 speed is not anything diffrent so 5 speed would be the way to go, infact!! atleast in europe.. 4 speeds are really rare, as they only came in one year 240 here, the rest is 5 speeds
  7. i flared mine with z31 (>86) flares, it looksbad ***, however my 10J 17" rims, barely make it to the lip
  8. FULL cage would make it stiff, bigger stabilizers, puly bushings, adjustable rods..... a zx in my opinion is better for track use in stock form than a s30 much more predictable in slides, though the brakes are to tiny
  9. here you go an older picture, where the rear flares are not mounted yet, ill try to upload a recent picture
  10. my site id down for a little, ill upload some pics to the gallery when i get home !
  11. finally more people that mod their s130!!! i used r32 GTR lights, i flared mine, and im in process of adding a cowl hood, and half bumpers upfront..
  12. id say for a turbo for roadracing you want a 3.3 but that is just me
  13. i have looked at those, and it might work, however it would only give the illusion of wider wells, and not actual wider wells... but maybe if i would have to do it agian i would go porsche 944 wells... ooh ideas but anybody who wants to this should have or take their time to get a good result
  14. hehe the Hybridz custom280zx tail light posse.. lol and yes indeed flushed rears give s130's a sleek look!
  15. yep, and i can tell you, it is so much more work than i suspected, but well worth it in the end.. i hope i used z31 flares on mine
  16. That looks sharp warren, you are ahead of me ( paint haha) finally someone that also mods s130's to do them justice
  17. Yes i did, sorry man have been teriible busy the last week... i hate work
  18. This is what N.O needs.... it was one of teh costliest pieces of infrastructure that will withhold rough seas with 12 meter elevation and up to 14 bft of wind.. and keeps us save. and thsi is why . this was rebuilt aswel. here you can see what is able to be closed with giant doors
  19. That is what xander did, it is a very nice aproach,a n modern aproach to turbocahraging, that i will do aswel when my engine fails
  20. looks liek a opel front valance adapted to fit .... anyhow i think it is hidous , but respect the work the guy had
