  1. How long until you spring for an RB? Looks nice man.
  2. Yeah, me too. Hoping it'll be done very very soon. I'll make a video or something when it comes in.
  3. Looks like extreme overkill to me man lol. Are you not satisfied until your eyes are being popped out their sockets?
  4. Hmm, interesting placement. Never thought of putting it there.
  5. I hear that. Good feeling just to hear it. I know for me I was just happy to know that it actually worked after spending all that time and money haha. That's kinda the main reason I bought a Power Fc, I like how they include a fully functioning base map to start with which makes tuning a little less time consuming. If only it would replace the stupid maf with a map sensor, then I'd be one happy dude. The ems is kick ass though, my budget didn't allow for it. I've heard great things about them though.
  6. To just get you off the trailer to a tuner with a dyno? I'm pretty sure you can get those from AEM's ems forums. If your after a base map to actually drive around, thats what people spend money on tuners for unless your into running any random map and risking your engine.
  7. Seems like a lot of fangling around for nothing. You just like the look or something?
  8. thats some serious tire right there haha. Should hook up great when your slamming through the gears
  9. He'll come through. Came through with my brakes and was a little delayed with responses.
  10. I've seen them fit under 15" Panasports. Not sure about all 15" inch wheels.
  11. Quiafe is just a limited slip unit to replace the open carrier in your differential housing. It doesn't include the gear, you bolt it on yourself.
  12. Running an open long nose R200, not sure what the final gear is. Looking to put in a Quaife when I actually have money to spend on such niceties.
  13. Here's how mine is: O2 side is white, black, white from left to right Harness side is: White, black, mint green w/ black stripe from left to right.
  14. Here's a write-up on the exhaust gear improvement: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/37541-ex-cam-gear-beforeafter/ I consider it dumb to take off a cover that's there for a good reason for the jdm kewlness, nothing against bling or clear covers.
  15. Looks like this guy might actually get it done. Should be cool to see it; there's not much on the other one that we've all seen besides a xerox'd magazine spread.
  16. Greddy makes an intake side one that keeps vct, it's not very common though. Most people that are looking for gains with the RB25 just get an exhaust side one, I've read adjustments can be made and power can be had with that route. Others just get both for the bling factor and take their cover off (dumb imo) or use a clear cover.
  17. Meh, been raining. Well see what tomorrows like -.-
  18. I'll see what I can do tomorrow morning, as I'm at work. I've got an RB25 S2.
  19. Seems like most people use an rtv sealant or similar to get that thing to stay put.
  20. Sweet, thanks for the guidance really made things more clear. And yeah, it's got a bolt pattern to suit either the 20/25/26.
  21. That looks pretty nifty. I'm not in the visual mod stage right now, or I'd spring for one. I think people will take interest.
  22. Just curious; why didn't you just run some simple radiator hoses? Is it for the look?
  23. I'm having a manifold made and its come time to choose the flange. Now for the RB25 i was looking at running a T4 flanged Precision 5857 with either .68 a/r or .58. How would that compare with say a T3 .76 a/r on the same turbo? Would the T4 housing in this case make any sort of noticeable difference? The reason I want a T4 flange is because if my RB25 ever goes boom or I get the itch lol, Id essentially be a long block and harness away from swapping in an RB26 (among other minor things). This manifold will work with all RB engines and is a big investment so I'm just trying to future proof it as I would be interested in making very significant power with a 26 with a large single turbo. Thanks.
