  1. yes the 1970 hatch vents that were rectangular. the headlight scoops were fiberglass, and yes the pillar emblem that says "240z" thanks
  2. need both hatch vents, one pillar vent and fiberglass headlight bucket / sugar scoop driver side thanks
  3. Seems high for a car that. Doesn't run esp. For 280
  4. Not sure if you are looking for one for a turbo, but I can tell you they dont work very well. I have larger fuel lines. (240z w/ 75 efi tank), If i dont keep at least 1/2 full i will go lean under boost and its ugly ... plan is to install surge tank
  5. go to any junk yard maxima and crackfinder has them as well
  6. Clogged fuel tank/ line ? That's been my problem on a few ...
  7. I dropped by the local pick apart and there was a 280 2+2 looks like it will work thanks ...
  8. I assume this has been answered but I could not find anything clear . So I have a 240 swapped with a zx turbo. It looks as if the PO cut and bent the original linkage to make it work. Can I just start over with a 280z linkage and bolt it up to the fire wall? Seems logical . I have a 240sx throttle body on there now I have seen people using a cable with the linkage on the outside of the intake . If I go this route can I flip the throttle body upside down ?
  9. It was there from the PO . I found out that the hard way
  10. Thanks, where do you find the 73 mm bore ?
  11. I am looking at a set of wannabees wheels 15X8 +40 offset on a lowered (eibach/illuminas set up) The price is fair but I not sure if they will work. I know I would need spacers but I also have read some negative things regarding bolt on spacers. I am running 250-300hp. Any advice would be appreciated. I searched but did not find much on running that much. Thanks DC
  12. I had the 3076 w/ a 1.06 turbine. did not build boost till 3000rpm. then took off like a rocket. Moved to a borg warner efr series. Be ready in few weeks let you know how it goes
  13. Thanks Tony, again your post always a joy to read and very informative. I assume this will work with a 240z with an l28et?
  14. I think I would be more worried with an aluminum/ alloy wheel breaking
  15. interesting, but isn't that a collector? seems like a small hole for a turbo
  16. Like to find one front and one rear for a 71' 240 Early if it makes a difference. Need to be in good shape since I have rusty ones. Thanks can trade or buy
  17. I am no means an expert but... Why did you take the head off ? not because of an intake leak I hope . I think that kind of boost will blow it up pretty quick. I bought mine already built, Forged pistons and shot pinged internals metal head gasket and the build sheet says built for 20lbs. I have run about 1 bar. I think your goals are pretty lofty but as said I am no expert. Better get to some porting and polishing
  18. Well... It is still in production last I saw he was working on it
  19. Check out Hoke performance facebook page. He is developing his own after having problems with others. His work is impressive...
  20. Nice right up Jester. Some good advice....
  21. Intercooler if you want to run those #s
  22. I might be interested if you are looking to get rid of them i have r200 Lsd set up so should be an easy swap
  23. I I got mine from wolf creek racing. i think viscous LSD. not sure if its the same spline count. I got lucky and found my sti rear on a Subaru form I think at 200 shipped with a stripped oil drain bolt.
