    Burnouts x2

I loved it. Up here they just burn in one spot on old tires until one blows. The donuts were pretty wild. Good old fashioned ozone depleting entertainment!
  2. Ste Therese just north of Montreal. SLP, a performance firm, moved there shop up there from Jersey just in time to have the plant shut down. Bloody inconvenient for everyone. There was a lot of politics involved. I made a few dollars hauling fluids into that plant. There are other names that can be used, like Z28 and IROC and what ever else the PR guys can come up with.
  3. In my opinion the Z has to be the most versatile car for engine swapping. It will physically contain just about any thing you want put in there. The options are only limited by your imagination and buget. The body styling by the some of the people around here is nothing short fantastic. Z cars are becoming rare so you might end up with a second choice. But even those can be made into something incredible. Find a car for sale. Search around the board. PM some of the people with a style or swap that interests you, then “have at itâ€. Welcome aboard!
  4. poor guy...he made the smallest hole...and now he is circumcised…
  5. I’m now driving a ’99, 379 LN with a 3406 Cat that I am considering purchasing from the company. Is 49 years too old to be buying a truck? I don’t go out all that far any more, mostly what you can legally drive in one day including the return and I have yet to see an Enzo. What we get around here, are the new Lambos in funky colors. PS: I find the loose leaf arrangement of log book editing works well.
  6. Try the junk yard. I got mine off a ’78 Ford Granada/Monarch. 1†bar and it was a bolt in. I had a look at the new Mustang’s bar. It looks close but I have no measurements.
  7. I don’t know…judging by the porn tape on the plate something is amiss
  8. I have to agree with Tim on this one. I don't know what made it lift originally but the four bar link came out complete when she hit the ground.
  9. Did anyone send him an invitation to this board?

    Ice

I ran into a problem with this recently. The hospital wanted know who my next of kin was in case of an emergency. Think this out as it is a legal issue if you are unable to speak for your self. I live with four people I love and trust dearly. No marriage or blood relatives. No good. Mom …too old. Sister…incapable. Kids… too young. X wife? Ya right. I ended up using my 19 year old daughter (legal age here). But I’m afraid the stress might be too much for her if anything did happen. If you have a normal life it sounds like a great idea.

    Funny video

    hahaha! "Made in Jamaica"
  12. I would like to spend an afternoon wondering around that yard on the bottom left. I have to wonder if this is the birth place of the Z.
  13. This is how all my connections are done, but with aluminum. Only thing is, I run a one inch bead along the surface on ether side of the pipe to stop the hose from slipping off. Paint yours and it will out last the car. The next time a truck has it's hood up have a look.
  14. I was going to buy this one, but the roof leaked. http://www.eaglecoatings.net/content/supertherm/projectpictures/Nissan.htm

    Car Sex

It's going to hurt taking it out too!
  16. Somewhere a mail man is having trouble sleeping.
  17. Bet I can get a jag engine in there...
  18. The pipes are going to be a bitch. So is the handling... the motor is right over the steering line. It should show well!
  19. For the longest time I took a lot of heat at the car shows for bringing a Japanese car. Even with the 340 under the hood. The organizers were trying to show muscle and classic cars. However the car draws a crowd and the organizers stopped hassling me. After the V12 went in there was no problem. Over the years the British sports cars began to show. Next were the European sports cars. This year the Ferraris started to come. (I sat in a guy’s Daytona last week. Probably let me so I would stop drooling on it.) The guys in the “rice†cars show up at a cruise night and are given the boot. Some of these cars are nice too. I feel for these guys for I know how it feels to work hard on a project and not be accepted. It really sucks to bring something you feel is show worthy and not be able to present it.
  20. So “Seventh†could have come in sixty third and still achieved his goal? The judgment sounds correct to me.
  21. You have my deepest sympathy Larry.
  22. Got that right. It is unfortunate that most parents expect all this education to come from some sort of tax funded system and unaware that they should provide guidance and some sort of education from the home so their kids can make their way through life.
  23. What's a ferin? Can they be removed with cat pee?
