  1. Brake lights, and turn signals use the same bulb
  2. That's what we're here for! Ask away!
  3. .506 is my best, also took about 20 times
  4. You need this: http://www.atrol.com/cablex.htm
  5. Or you can buy it at either Motorsport 800-633-6331 or Victoria British 800-255-0088
  6. That is weird Mike. The first thing that came to mind was the ignition switch. On a 240, there is power from the regulator, and ammeter going through the switch, not sure if the 280 volt meter also goes through the ign. switch. If you have a spare, start with that.
  7. Also make sure the input shaft fits into the pilot bushing. Check the length of the input shaft, make sure it's not too long.
  8. That would work with a Ford engine. But aren't you using a Chevy? Also it's only rated up to 330# tq. How much torque do you expect your engine to put out?
  9. That looks like it will work. Most of us that use the electronic speedo do so because there is no mechanial hookup, like a T-56.
  10. Here is a kit for a T-56 6 speed tranny: http://www.weirhotrodproducts.com/
  11. Welcome to the site!! It sounds like you still have rust in your tank. Buy this kit from Eastwood and seal it : http://www.eastwood.com/shopping/product/detailmain.jsp?itemID=382&itemType=PRODUCT&RS=1&keyword=tank+sealer . "or attempt a mod I saw on here, capping all vents except the upper vent, and running that into the filler neck." I have done this, and it works great! To answer your fuel filter question, I had a glass filter on a carbed car, it ran fine, but the filter was never full.
  12. I carry an electric air pump, and tire patch kit!
  13. Thanks, for the pics Flash!! We had a good meet. Also check this post: http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=101024
  14. You got it right. Some early Zs 70-71 and some early 72s have the large reservoir at the front like mine did. Those you have to reverse the lines, all other Zs have the large reservoir towards the back.
  15. That geek has a death wish!!
  16. Make sure the large reservoir ( for front disc) line is going to the right place. I remember that my 240 disc reservoir was reversed of the 280zx one.
  17. They say they have special baffles welded in the tank for that system to work. That would mean you would have to open your tank and weld in these baffles
  18. MINI TUB!!! It looks so damn mean with wide tires tucked inside the stock fenders ( thanks for the kind words guys! )
  19. Not great for a 350, but that's 270hp at the rear wheels, add the 150ph shot, now you're moving! Close to 400hp at the rear wheels
