I bought the full kit about 8 or 9 years ago... front, side skirts, rear valance and the spoiler.. Only problem I had was the notch for the trunk opener was a little off... There are a few pics here....(with too small factory wheels) http://www.cruez.com/cars/280z/index.html -

Check the fuel pump.... or possibly air in the line... I got a datsun pickup that is doing the same thing...and the pump is about shot..

I prefer the T-5 just because it has a quicker 1st gear and a better 5th gear.. http://www.zhome.com/ZCMnL/tech/GearRatios.html there is the ratio specs...

I am in the final stage of installing mine... (just need one more part thats on backorder from Crane Cams) My brothers car has an older Haltech system in his turbo 240. It soes the trick..

I put a "cherry bomb" type muffler to quiet mine down enough to use a cell phone on the car, and that muffler drastically lowered the HP, I'm sure....seat of the pants dyno even told me that.......it is coming off soon.

I carry the Metrinch toolkit with me wherever I go... That has got to be the best tools per dollar I have ever spent.. Got your metric and standard all in one....Great tools Plus the 9MM in the dash...

The ECU on that model does not have anything to do with the ignition timing.. It it mechanically and vacuum advanced... All you need to do is manually set it with the screw on the bottom of the dist...

(I know its not a hybrid, but still a Z) I just saw the new 350Z while coming back from getting a CV shaft fixed.. I was sitting at a light and there it was.... it was strange...seeing a car that's only been in pics for the past two years... Nissan did a pretty good job....could have been a lot worse.

I was wondering also... Since my engine is fairly high compression... am I asking for a blown head gasket if I used it?? L28 N47 head Flattops.....about 10.4:1

Same way the SHO engine is....two runners per cyl. I would love to have a ZR-1 engine to fool with
