  1. what kind of grinding is it? My Passenger rear wheel side does it sometimes, a heavy grind in reverse sometimes and a noticeable rub/grind metal vs metal kind of grind off and on when driving, it vibrates the car between 45 and 65mph a bit? lol, I have the same problem lately, Im doing all my wheel bearings and U joints in the back and doing the diff bearings, hopefully its not the diff itself or its OBX time :/ Looks like a good fit
  2. so all you did was buy the adapter for Modern Motorsport? Not the full kit right?
  3. hey, I'm possibly picking up a Q45 here soon with body damage, so I'm parting it and using the drivetrain Do you have a build thread? Or any useful information like Engine/trans mounting and wiring and all that jazz? I cant wait to get mine going, looks like it runs very strong. And its only about 500lbs. Also, Im hoping you converted it to a manual transmission?
  4. hell yeah!!! I do that on pavement usually, but on snow its just so much easier, it makes you feel like ken block
  5. newest ones, had to put my front bumper back on with the plate installed correctly, the popo had their panties in a knot about it. couldn't let the law rule me, I shaved my passenger mirror, it came out clean.
  6. what gets you pulled over the most? haha, my no front license plate got me the most.
  7. ouch, my 78 will take about 2 seconds at most to start in -20 degree weather, just my mechanical linkage freezes

  9. haha Im 17 as well now. And Auto class is most definatly a joke, we rebuilt a 4 stroke motor in a month and it took the whole semester for the other groups to build theirs. --->Pat1 : Yeah, Fuel injection is reliable ... haha sometimes. Do any dynoing yet? or is it just a stock silver top?
  10. Z cars have 73 Hub bore, so get out the machining tools.
  11. well, Ive had the car for a year, but they've been on the car since the 1st owner 20 years ago so Idk lol
  12. haha I raced shifter karts, She wants me to build her an E30 BMW for racing lol. My dad works in a paper mill 12hrs a day, I dont see much of him anymore. anyway, tax return stuff. S13 coilovers for sure.
  13. haha yeah, my moms doing my exhaust because apparently holes arent in style. and she's doing tires, because I beat her at auto-x in my car, over her in a 87 vette and the rest is my $$$ ,but hopefully tax returns lift up some tension in our racing family.
  14. yeah, young people represent. My work isn't exactly taxable. But my moms is, and I have above a 3.0 and have never been arrested for anything in my 3 1/2 years of Highschool so I will most likely see enough of a combined tax return for MS3.0 Struts or S13 Coilover swap Tires and Dyno Time
  15. thats the only way I would do that HID kit, its so ugly without those covers haha. and to bcdavis: yeah, its inspired me to murder Out my car and actually rock the MSA type 2 with pride, I'll upload pics of my painting of trim and other stuff.
  16. did you leave your stock e-brake in it aswell? or did you get the staging brake with a line lock? also how much? I need a better sliding brake for these drums until i can get my wilwood set up.

  18. same question as the other folks, you mean 28 offset in the front, and 17 offset in the rear? How much rolling did you do, and what suspension do you have on your car?
  19. nice nice, how long was the soldering process? and the whole wiring process itself?
