I have been searching for a good writeup about what size wheels and tires will fit in an un modified 240z and I have been wildly unsuccessful. Is there a good set of information on here somewhere that I am just unable to find? Thanks, _ Alex

Hey guys, Im looking for a front to back Carburetion resource available online on in digital form. I currently know jack wad about my triple weber carburetors and really need a full blast run through, but the problem is I can't sit here and read a book all day at work. If it were online though we would be in business... All of the online Carburetor resources i have been able to locate are just quick setup guides. Anyone know of a good place to send me? Like if you were have the Haynes Weber Carburetor manual in PDF perhaps?

I agree with 2+2. The hood needs to all be the same color. Painting the hood bump a different color is a romantic thought, but in real life it looks like dookie 95% of the time. If I had a white Z. She would certainly be CF up front with black ZGs and black BRE rear spoiler with a white MSA Type-1 up front paint matched... yeah much like that picture lol. Minus the rotas.

Looks like those guys went halves on the full kit. lol

Where on the motor would you attach this? I think I'm going to try it!

So it turns out my Signal relay was full of water. The electrical contacts were rusty. It took John from ZCCNE (Z Car Club of New England) about 5 seconds to figure it out at the Annual charity tech-inspection this past weekend. So Thanks go out to him for the fix and you guys for the insight. - Alex

The hazard switch! Do the hazards use a separate switch? Or does the blinker switch wiring run into the hazard switch?

Wow! Great find on BOTH the project and the Turbo zx. I gotta say Im jealous of the price you paid for the Turbo, and to make it worse you're not going to use it!

Just took my car out for my weekend cruise and realized my directional signals are working erratically. If I turn them on sometimes they don't go, sometimes the click a few times and then stop for a while, and start back up. Sometimes they work right away. They are working the same for both directions. Are there any directional diagnostic threads? Do any of you guys have any ideas of what to check first?

For dependable rwd AND cheap your choices are super limited. I was faced with the same situation and bought my 240z! Only I didn't have to DD it. If I were to go for a DD I'd be on the Z31 boat all day long.

And reserve not met! I dig this car. And the chick. I'd do 'em both. Not for $14k tho. Maybe $1400.

Limit budgets to under $100k?
