    Around the windsheild, t-tops, and those dang floor boards. If you have that ding protecting metal strip on the rockers, it's hide some there too.

    Nice, I always guessed it would not cool it well enough to overcome the power required to drive the compressor.

    Just MS it where the stock ecu goes and you can get ok power out of it.

    I also suspect that "proper" cowl induction hoods have the vent closer to the windsheild. i.e. the buldge extending past the normal end of the hood. here are some pics I stole

    As for me, I brought up the rocker question because, my doglegs need to be replaced, I'll be in that area, It will give a good jacking place, and those pole pic's scare me. If there are any good ideas to strengthen the doors against a car impact that doesn't affect DD usability, I'm all ears.

    Well, what you need to keep in mind is that the visible spectrum color may not relate to the infrared spectrum. Just because we see black, does not meant it is black to IR.

    At one point JeffP made mention of having to go to an intake that large because he was getting quite a vacuum in there.

    The 2+2 and coupe zx's are the same width, but the hatch glass is at a different angle.
