  1. Did you read any of the thread? Both have been done. Fiberglassing over your current dash will be less time consuming, I can nearly guarantee it.
  2. As I assumed. I just try to keep everything idiot-proof on here.
  3. AN fittings don't need any sealer.... in fact you might make them leak if you use some. Depending on what you want to spend on a radiator, HOWE radiators is about the best bang / buck there is. $350 for a custom to your specs radiator. For the intake, go to siliconeintakes.com , and go wild. Here is mine: all 4", with a truck MAF
  4. Thats good. I've seen yokes twist before, and also shatter. I went with a chrome moly one on my car, because I never wanted to deal with it. See... those rules can actually help you sometimes ! Lol (safety loop)
  5. DSS's website has all the measurements you need to take. Do that, and you'll be fine. I went with a 3.5" aluminum, and haven't had any issues. Great piece.

    Diff mount

You can check out my 8.8 thread and see what I just did. It has been holding up great, and completely eliminated my wheel hop.
  7. Sucks to hear! And now you'll find the next weak link once you fix that!
  8. Trick flow makes some great heads, but I'd seriously consider a custom grind for your application.
  9. What oil pan are you running? I switched to an LS3 corvette pan over the winter and gained about an inch of ground clearance.
  10. all sensors hooked up? IAT / Temp? Bubbles out of coolant? does it do it with the vent blocked off?
  11. wtf is up with that? anyone else have similar issues?
  12. This is the solution to my diff mount loosening itself. 2 pieces of 1/4"x 2" strap welded to the crossmember. Seems to have eliminated my nasty 2nd gear wheel hop as well. I hope I don't have to take it out, because it was a PITA to put in..... even on my buddy's lift.
  13. I never use pilot bearings. The bearing material is harder than the input shaft on the trans, so if the bearing goes and you keep driving it, it will likely take the input shaft with it. I've used bushings in all my cars for the last 6 years. You might get lucky on this, but I never do...
  14. That power should be easy to reach with this setup. Probably more. Passengers side? Is this car RHD?
  15. Any way you could host those pictures either on here or photobucket? Its a PITA to download and view them each.
  16. Yeah, thats the problem i'm running into. 18racing said they should have more in a month or so.... I guess we'll see! Same story. Wrong size.
  17. Sounds like a sweet setup. Now, pet peeve: there is NO I in Moser. Whew glad we got that out.
  18. I bought mine off ebay about a year ago.
  19. Send me your email via PM and I'll get it coming your way.
  20. Only vendor i've found is 18racing.com (wheelbay). They are out of stock in the 17x9.5's that I need (looking for 5 lug) Where else can these be found?
  21. hahahahaha. OK. Because boost is waaaaay different. (still a power adder)
  22. Hahaha Keith, be nice! It could be called a Miller locker, ESAB locker, or a Lincoln locker. .... If you get my drift. AKA welded diff.
