I'm working on installing a AIM MXL Strada dash in my s130, would you happen to have any info on the 79 - 83 280zx sending units?

Out of the White and Green wires which is which? As in Home signal and Trigger signal

+1 on this You do have the option of switching to a non auto air system if the control unit is bad. Those valves are allways setting in corrosion filled water and after 20 or 30 yrs they do go bad. good luck

I need more of a demonstration to make a decision. What if the handle gets dirty? Do they sell a handle cleaning tool?

And always keep your finger mashed down on the spring gear to make sure it doesn't unwind when loosening the set screw!. If it does unwind, it takes a lot of tuning and adjustments to get it close again.

I just bought some , if I can get the guy to actually ship them. But it looks like they are going to need some work to bolt in properly. Ill take some pics and post when I'm done. I'm guessing 2 weeks from now if everything gos right.

I agree with Carl. To me white trash is a guy setting in his dilapidated, roach infested trailer house talking to me (the orkin man at the time), while crushing up doritos to pour in his fresh bowl of rice crispys (and roaches) for breakfast. I left and never came back after seeing that. Your thief on the other hand is at a much lower class than white trash, I just wish I could catch someone stealing from me. I always envisioned them having to "serve time" at my place before I let the law take there turn.

You should always fill the pump with oil before installing it. You can also try pulling the plugs out and the injector clips off and turn the motor over with the ignition until you see oil pressure or open the fill cap and see oil on (squirting out of) the cam. Hope this helps

Ill try and get a list of the parts for the swap. Its seems to work just fine.

I have one in my 79zx, I got all the parts at All Zs to do the swap. Everything was just bolt in. I believe we used the half shafts out of a turbo 83zx. I had to swap the flanges half shafts bolt up to and the yoke flange on the diff. So far its worked great.
