  1. How do you split them up? I've never seen them in person... Also, aren't they like 40mm? If they are splittable anyone want to split a set? Buy 3 sets to make 2 setups. Mario
  2. I want the Wangan Midnight one!!!! And that gray and black ZG looks awesome! Mario
  3. I got it confused with the Top-End bar from here: http://www.zcar.com/forums/read.php?f=1&i=690413&t=690389 There is still a lot of good points in that post. Who knows how these old Zs have been tweaked with all this time on the road. Mario
  4. It might be a tube frame car... Mario
  5. Damn... I should of titled it "How the Cayman should have looked". Sheesh tough crowd haha. I love the original FD looks too, but there's just something about this kit... oh well to each their own. Mario
  6. FYI some people are having issues with them being "bolt-on". To be expected though as our cars have been on the road for about ~30yrs. Mario
  7. I think it looks awesome! Mario http://www.terra2imports.ca/import-japan116193098911621.htm
  8. Wow! That setup looks awesome! Mario
  9. So.... any new progress? I'm up in the air between this an a vh45... Mario
  10. If it's under load I doubt it's in the solenoid. Mostly likely in the windings of the motor, it probably gets hot and opens up as soon as you juice it under load. Mario
  11. Oops I missed that. Hmm... maybe the charger doesn't have enough juice. It could also just be a bad starter. I built one out of two busted ones and it did the same thing. It had a short that would only manifest itself under load. Mario
  12. Check battery terminals for tightness and corrosion. Also check battery voltage. Mario
  13. Pull out the plugs and see how they look. Check the fuel filter too. Mario
  14. Looks great Prox!!! I can't decide on whether to get those wheels or the 16x7 konigs.... You should drop your car a little more Mario
  15. I'm in Northwestern in Chicago but I'm looking into transfering to U of A next semester (don't know if permanent or not yet). There is a steal on a Q45 in AZ. Thanks for the picture. So it's about 27 inches? Thats almost 3in wider then an LS1, but I guess it fits. I wonder if the exhaust manifolds will clear the steering linkage... Mario
  16. Yea. So far the only measurements I have found are ~700mm at its widest (rocker cover to rocker cover) for the VH41. The same guy posted ~780m for the VH45. VH41s are more expensive though. This will be a transitional project. First drop it in with the auto and factory ECU, then switch it to MS, then get an adapter plate for the z32 tt manual. Mario
  17. I've always wanted to do a smaller displacement v8 into a Z such as the VH45 or the 1UZ-FE. Thing is I was originally thinking about doing the 1UZ-FE since it's scissor gear driven cams make for a much narrower package then the VH. That said, does anyone know if the engine bay has to be massaged to fit a VH? This is a long term project while I'm in college FYI. Mario
  18. Why the pissing contest? The VQ35 will fit, there is a red S30 that showed up at the MSA West Coast Nationals with a VQ, auto, and the entire dash from the 350z. I don't know if any chassis mods have to be done since it is a really wide motor though. Mario
  19. He is a member here Sounds vicious. Mario
  20. Just use an online translator to get passed that... I like them but your car looks sweet with the current wheels. Mario
  21. A normal O2 fluctuates too much, it is best used for tuning for or near stoich for low load and idle conditions (using the crossover point). A normal O2 sensor says whether a condition is rich or lean, not how rich or how lean. A WBO2 has a linear response that actually corresponds to an AFR. Switching it to 0-1v instead of 0-5v will lose some resolution, but it will still be a linear response. I don't know if you can do it with resistors though, there was a thread on doing something similar for using a cheap 1-wire AFR gauge with a WBO2. Mario
  22. I was looking at the manuals for the TEC-II and it doesn't seem like it supports WBO2. Not even the TEC3. If that's the case then you just need something the changes it from 0-5v to 0-1v. Mario
  23. Hahaha stupid retard... Mario
