Have you tried loading up the torque converter?
I've beaten lots of cars off the line when doing this, the A/T let me build about 4lbs boost off the line and it moved nicely.
It's a 5 speed now though.... more fun.

Even with the crappy faded 30yo (ok 28...) paint
girls seem to always complement my car.
And guys like the stance (it's even called a Shelby by some tard on the street)
Oh, and they love the noise it makes
Mario
Yep, undoing the straps on the gas tank and supporting it with a jack to be able to move it up/down and side to side will let you squeeze in there and remove either the 3 or 4 bolts per side.
I depressurized mine then cut them with a sawzall then unscrewed them.
It's kinda a pain...
Mario
It's all in the tuning. I bet that if you had to put something less then premium in those vehicles the computer would recognize that and adjust accordingly.
Even the 300zxtt boosts less when ran with lower grade gas, and the 350z pulls timing.
There are a few Zs running around with about 12.:1 or higher.

Wasn't there a few pics on here a while ago where these springs seemed to be defective and dropping cars way more then the advertised amount and limiting suspension travel?
One thing I remember was the coils hitting each other, I'll see if I can dig it up.
Mario
I believe the AZZcar pistons are for use with the stock crank and l24 rods for a better rod to stroke ratio.
I would email Dave or call him to be 100% sure.
Mario
That looks sweet! Major props!
But that's kinda weird about the oil premix... learn new stuff about them every day, but I don't think I can ever get into those engines... too "out there" haha.
Like you said, it's unique!!
Good luck with it!
Mario
I really like the Pillows!!! Got into them from FLCL too!
One of my friends in Tucson (a girl from Japan) has almost all of their CDs. Good stuff good stuff...
Now, I love Zeppelin and Wolfmother is freaking me out how much they sound like them... I have their CD and I really like it.
Mario
I believe they are aftermarket, or most of the times they are the originals with louveres stamped on them.
At least I think that is what MSA sells.
Mario
Did it have an H or X pipe?
I'm thinking about adding one, I just don't know where, and then some other kind of muffler because these glasspacks are too loud to screw around at night with....
