how did you cast aluminum? any special process for heating?

I've had my Jeep since 92 new. I'm just going to run it into the ground, who cares about a little leak . his "fix" is like a goldberg contraption: end goal is simple, the process is redundant but entertaining

it would help if you get one of those box fans, with like 2 vent air filters. just spray and then turn on the fan so it makes a positive air flow inside

the indented part looks a little too deep to me. might have been the right depth if you weld 2 pieces of sheet to form the lip

I need to remove the sway bar to get them out with out bending the crap out of them, And the bolts holding in the sway bar are rusted tight, plus the car is on jack stands. I don't want to run the risk of the car falling on my arm for the sake of a few lines.

no lock washers on the dizzy bolts? Honestly I would not had lock washers either unless I had them at the time of install .

I just go to Ace Hardware locally. Little more pricey than home depot, but I'm sure I could find what I need. Good luck finding anything metric at Home depot or lowes

I'm in the market for a new DD as well. I've been looking at the subaru legacy. I would be interested in the impreza, but since they changed the front again to the weird bland look, I want to pass on that. The dealer had a 07, but doesn't come with warranty .
