  1. the choice of "cake" makes it a dumb saying. when was the last time you had to pay to buy a cake, and then pay again to eat it? If I bought a cake, i'd have the chance of eating it. Infact, buying a cake for someone to eat is pretty much "one" way of having things, not neccessarily "two".
  2. Will do. I think we should start a parts interchange thread soon. As soon as the alternator number is figured out, I'll take some time to snap some pics from the Nissan FAST and i'll put the original number and the crossed number for ease of use. We need something like that =) and since I've recently self-assumed the role of parts-number magician, I don't mind.
  3. Nakamura, I think. I tried to figure out if the shop was in any way related to Kento Namura, but he owns URAS so it's a far stretch.
  4. what's the colour code for that paint. It's the original colour of my car as well. I've noticed by taking the interior out. =( so beautiful. very nice wheels too. i like. I think our cars are very close in production as well
  5. unless it's followed with a "but", as in "i could care less, but" and do you have any idea how much that phrase bothers me... ?? MY LAST NAME IS "CARE"
  6. EDIT: I was wrong Water Inlet Tube Eye Bolt - Z32 TT Code:15188-MZ32T Price: $3.05
  7. Thank you for the pistons, sir =) 'least I could do. when you tell them the 15188-AZ32T number, just ask for the eye-bolt that goes with it. my guess is that it's 15188-PZ32T
  8. R32 RB26DETT Parts numbers: 15191-05U11 Bolt-eye, Water Tube (2 per vehicle) 15193-03E00 Gasket- Eye Bolt (12 per vehicle *used in more than one place*) Same on R33 and R34 RB26DETT. not the same on RB25DET's the 15193-03E00 number is available from courtesy parts, and also cross-references with part number 15188-AZ32T which is "Eye Bolt gasket for Z32 TT Water Inlet Tube Assembly"The eye-bolt itself should be available at a nissan dealership. Just keep forcing them and telling them that if one nissan dealership can do it, any one can. EDIT: http://www.getjdmcars.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=99_68_85&products_id=633 It's listed on this website. Contact them, they should have it Let me know if you need anything else
  9. remove that "I See", and the "but", and it's correct. I think naviathan got it right.
  10. chicken = bird back door = secondary orifices. think about it
  11. Had Albert known everything he tried to figure out, he would have held the key to everything.
  12. lol damz y0o0o0! what are the chances of you getting them for me, and me paying you via paypal if the prices here are too high?
  13. tell me which part it is on these pictures, and what year the engine is from, and I can get you the full part number. Any nissan dealership can order it if you pressure them to check on their online parts warehouse. Or you could order it from courtesy nissan parts in some cases.
  14. i saw that too. probably fabb'd by the owner of the car, so perhaps he found it to the best of his ability, and i would have no problem rocking that thing if i did it that well, even with the bulge.
  15. i posted this in an RB thread. I should have made a new one for everyone to see. good stuff! im considering this gasket for my build. but the smallest size available is 1.3 mm, i think i need to go with a 1.0 to get the compression i want without having to slice the head too much.
  16. 2444517 comes in on the Canadian system at 139.99 2444514 doesn't come in on the Canadian system at all. so what vehicle is this from again?
  17. what car is this starter from. napa canada can't cross with napa-online usa, so they're asking for the original application type. can you check that for me? as napa online doesn't say either when you check their RAY2444514 on the parts cat. online.
  18. congrats jerryb i couldn't make it out to this OC-Z fest because It was my parent's 25th anni, and I was picking up the ownership for my Z I'll try to make it for next year
  19. Hey Glenn... saw your car on the web years ago =) Glad to see we have such nice Z's in Toronto.
  20. I got a GM 12si waiting for me, and it's been rebuilt with using an older casting. The newer ones are cheaper castings and tend to rust and corrode quicker. So it's virtually new inside, and has 94amp output too =) Bigger version of the 10si that ppl swap their Datsun units for. I'll find a way to make her go =)
  21. lol. well i'll buy one if you can find me the price
