  3. You will be better off keeping the flat tops and running the boost at or below 10psi with the correct fuel/ timining map.

  6. ok, just looked it up, you shoud be getting 1.6 +/- .5v at pin B on the maf with the ignition on (not running) and approx 2-2.7v while at idle. The manual also shows you how to bench test the maf...

How to install a z31 ignitor: blue wire - goes to y/w wire from zxt ecu pin #5 black/white wire - goes to negative side of zxt coil black - goes to ground Question: I did the swap today with a z31 coil on my s30 w/zxt motor, car runs strong and great; however my tach is all over the place with the z31 coil. The tach woks fine with the zxt coil and the z31 ignitor but when I switch to the z31 coil it is all over the place. Any idea? Do I need some kind of resistor for the hotter z31 coil to smooth out the signal to the s30 tach? Thanks.
  9. Check the connection to the AFM and the AFM it self...could be clogged fuel filter also.

  12. Funny enough, I just made a similar post over at ZCar.com about the possibility of getting it resurfaced...have you looked into getting it resurfaced or does anyone know it can be done? Thanks.

  14. How about posting the maps we have so far and whatever info on the installation/ tuning experience. I have been thinking about picking up an e11 but has been reluctant to do so because of te lack of info.
  15. What's the size of the V-band on the back of the holset, and what are you doing for downpipe?
  16. I take it you are installing the zxt motor in the 260? If so, your 4-sp should bolt right up if you really want to keep it. You will need the wiring harness and ecu from the zxt. Also, you will need the high pressure fuel pump from the zxt and I believe the 260 fuel tank will need some modification to keep up with the new fuel pump.

  21. Has anyone installed one of these on their zxt? Do I hook up the LMA-2 input rpm signal to pin number 5 igniter signal from the ECU or should I hook it up to the negative side of the coil? The instruction manual that came with the unit does not help much. Thanks.
  22. I have one that is fully labled with the ignition harness, coil w/ignitor, a 5sp ECU form an 83 zxt...$160 for the set plus shipping.
