  1. I love that car..menacing in the condition it is...love it! Yasin
  2. My car is a 280ZX, but close enough...I actually think the S30 has more room to plumb an intercooler than the S130. I designed my Intercooler on AutoCAD and had my buddy Corky Bell build it for me. Needless to say it is the largest intercooler I could squeeze in there and its designed specifcially for the nose of the car. And I am using this spoiler: If that helps you any. Yasin
  3. Many companies use old block designs for decades and update the head only, afterall the power is made in the head. The only Pinto block on a Cosworth is no different. Mazda used the same B6 block from about 1981 to 1994ish...and rallyed it extensively in the 323GTX. Toyota the same with the 4AG..etc etc.let's not even talk how long the Small Block Chevy has been used by GM...LOL Yasin
  4. Looks like a HybridZ car..Tech 3, 350hp, nice conversion...Recaros..great price too. Pity about the roof being cut to put an aftermarket sunroof. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1978-280Z-Turbo-350HP-Tech-III-Engine-Mgmt-Sys-5spd_W0QQitemZ330209512292QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item330209512292 Yasin
  5. I only saw NA manifolds on that website..where did you turbo manifolds for the L series?
  6. Joe - My offer stands too. Yasin
  7. I only save the best Datsun Zs to my hardrive....this one is all saved! Yasin
  8. Too bad about the Salvage title! Mine will be going to a new home in about a month..sadly...but had my fun with it (4years) and still runs like a bat out of hell with 190K and 15psi! Yasin
  9. Nice car Gareth. You will have no issues with that car rust wise or mechanically. Those are incredible cars I love them. My dad had one for the longest while 528i and he really loved it. They can be electronically annoying from time to time. Yasin
  10. What I have been driving every day for the last two weeks or so. This pic, taken this morning at 6:40am, about 1.5"-2" of snow on the ground, ice packed roads, temp. was 11F, tires on the car are 14years old and *VERY* questionable. Driving to work was VERY white knuckled...but I made it, people looked at me like a mad man without a prescription (I love it!). Car has great heat (wow!) and after sitting outside all night, fired right up first go...vroooom! Do I get the insanity award? Yasin
  11. Couple of simple questions: 1) Define what you mean by "High Boost Runs" - how mch psi exactly? 2) What engine management are you using? Yasin
  12. Congrats! I looked high and low for a nice low mileage E36 M3 and there are near to impossible to locate! Alot of these cars are going on 10years in age and many owners have become neglectful with maintenance and care unfortunately. Those SSRs look great on your car. What year, mileage, mods? Yasin
  13. Terry - I would love some beautiful old skool deep dish 17" wheels for my 280ZX!! But its probably not part of your consideration on this offer? Regards - Yasin
  14. +1...needs an alternator belt tighten up, thats about it...LOL! Yasin
  15. Ultra cool car, great parts included and excellent price!!! Hope someone on here scoops it up. Yasin
  16. I like the paint and front spoiler on that S130...umm...thats about it...! Yasin
  17. I really like that car, ALOT! It has the typical tough, low negative camber Japanese stance. The front spoiler is ultra cool, it looks similar to the one I bought off eBay recently less the two lower side air vents. Yasin
  18. Cars and houses can always be bought and sold, they are simple material aquisitions. I would never put a "car" before a healthy relationship and we should also aspire to be in healthy relationships. I am a big car guy, but also a huge romantic and that special person in my life will always be my foundation. My biggest accomplishment? - Not my Engineering PE Degree - Not the fancy cars - Not the big house with a 5 car garage - Not the corporate job But rather my relationship. Life is three things: 1) A fulcrum, find the balance and the equilibrium 2) A Circle - wholeness and inclusive - family and friends always first at the center. 3) A journey, you are the driver and the next bend in the road has what? Its easier to negotiate that bend with someone you love, that loves you, supporting each other. Good luck to you. Yasin
  19. Wow....boy there is some talent on this forum! Inspiring my man...very inspiring. Yasin
  20. I am going to "rock" this look for a while... Yasin
  21. Gareth - We never got the Turbo 745i E23s here, although there are a few that were imported into the US privately. That video is pretty amazing and shows that those BMW straight sixes take extremely well to force induction. That particular car seems very rough sounding and not perfectly set-up, rough idle, very stiff, unfinished I guess but there is no denying that power and I should be the last to comment, I am still VERY impressed. Yasin
  22. Fantastic...I love dark colors but I am always scared of swirl marks even after a few washes and polishes. Yasin
  23. Simply incredible and so well deserved! Congrats! The hard work, sweat, $$ and maybe some tears all pays off! My best - Yasin
