4,5,6 are for idle and 1/3+ throttle (switch)
as I said above, I would thing it's used for the older ECUs, my MR 30 ECU uses both of these (4,5,6).

Hi,
1,2,3 are for the variable throttle position (MS uses this), 4,5,6 are for idle and 1/3+ throttle, you will probably find that the 1/3+ is not connected internally,

I haven't had much to do with turbo s yet, but couldn't you add an external spring to pull away (toward ?) from the actuator, thus reducing the actuator internal spring pressure ?
Nigel
Yes, the Egg shape inlet hole on the manifold,
will this adaptor cover it, I don't think so, if you look at the bolt holes, and the inside diameter, its almost in line, and if you look at the manifold, it would not cover the egg shape hole at the top
see included picture

My 240K GL did not have a manifold like that, not sure about the 240K GT version though, I was lead to believe the 240K GT had longer runners, than the 240K GL.

So a "Nissan Turbo Gasket" is different than a Nissan non Turbo Gasket ?,
since Nissan never brought out Turbo L28 to Australia (to my knowledge) it may be difficult to buy one off these
This may be a issue for my desire to turbo my L24, would a normal gasket (the metal type , not the "extractor" type work with the turbo manifold,
would I need to put graphite powder on it, to make it "slippery"
sorry for hijacking,
Nigel
no, it's a Chinese one I believe, .50 AR Compressor, .63 AR Turbine, .57 Trim, non water cooled.
it should do what I want from it.
still my question, where is the measurement taken from, the outer lip ?

It cost me $10 to get the tooth wheel adaptor laser cut, I had my brother spin it on his lathe, the bracket for the sensor, $5

I'm using this

Cheap wideband for $50ish + sensor
some basic electronics understanding is a bonus (I.E. how to solder)

Hi,
I've done a bit of searching, but did not find a answer to my question,
my question is, does it trigger at the leading, middle or trailing, on the tooth of the 36 toothed wheel ?
thanks for any help
Nigel
I though he was after information about standard manifold and port matching,
and not these nice ones that JustinOlson had done
I would agree with 2126 but I'm no expert.

The rattle may be like mine, the insides off the muffler is rusting away and bits rattle around.
The ticking may be the injectors turning on/off quickly
