  1. You're Gonna get yelled at! Lol But......... Blackdragonauto.com is a good place to start There's a huge list on this site of links to others, check em out
  2. Oh no, that sucks. Except for the owners of his signature vehicles. Their value just quadrupled
  3. Got one in Oregon but I don't wanna ship it
  4. All done, it took a lot of attempts and still isn't perfect but good enough for now. Besides if one of the people talking about cf dashes actually starts making them then I can always replace it later
  5. 280 as long as its not too spendy. Will it be a cap or entire dash?
  6. I also have everything, no pedal box or mc though, I have to keep those, I'm on the Oregon coast though. Road trip? Lol
  7. All I heard was 396 for sale, sorry bro lol
  8. I want to have someone fab my metal molded in flares, but I can't afford my wheels/tires or lowered suspension parts yet. It's a 78 280z that I want to lower about 2 inches. It'll have the gc coil overs, and I want to run a 275 tire in back and maybe 255 up front. I'll probably go with the rbr 9.5 wheels. Can I do this out of order?
  9. It all depends on how hot the girl is. If the girl is an 8, it takes her 80 minutes to figure it out, if she is only a 4, it takes her 40 minutes, cuz you cut it in half lol. I'm just glad she's not driving
  10. It's a bolt, it goes down through the slider, into the floor, all the rest tightened up fine, just not these two. I'll try again when I get home, thanks for tryin
  11. It's the slider that I'm trying to bolt to the car. The seat and slider are together now. It just won't bolt into the rail on the floor board
  12. Oh sorry, 78 280z, and yeah it's stock. Interior was stripped when I got it so I didn't take out the seats
  13. Soooo, when I installed my drivers seat, it seams that I have either lost or stripped the captive nuts in the seat rails. Both on the front and back mount closest to the door. There's a big enough hole in the front mount to reach up and feel, but I didn't feel a nut in there. On the back there's no holes to check. Any suggestions?
  14. I'm wanting to get a little out of order at this point. Here's my problem. I'm taking the shell across town soon to my welders shop. He will be putting on the bad dog frame rails, welding up all the holes, fabricating the corvette tail lights, and most importantly fabricating and welding on the metal flares. Unfortunately it will be a few months before I have money to throw at it. Wheels and tires will run around 1500, and the coil overs will run about a thousand. I want to run the gc setup, and the rbr 8.5's with maybe 275 out back and 255 or do up front. Is it imperative that all that is setup before building the flares? I think I already know the answer, but has anyone done the cutting and flares before the other stuff?
  15. I got the engine bay all cleaned out. I couldn't really afford por15, and didn't want to deal with the prep work involved, so this is the hammerite stuff. It seems to work ok, plus the black finish is actually gun metal, which is what I may be painting the car anyway. Mods, could you move this to the project section if it's not already? Maybe change the subject to my 280z project? Thanks
  16. What about the premade panel from zforceproductions ? Seems good for the price. Anyone have experience installing one from them?
  17. Can't go wrong with a good 350, I just may put one in the 87 Camry
  18. I can't really describe what I bring to the table in the confines of a pg rated forum....lol jk I do make a mean ramen noodle though haha On a serious note, it's hard as hell restoring a car, in a carport, without making a mess, which she won't stand for.
  19. She gave me the z, is financing the rebuild, and is trading massages to a professional painters wife for the paint job this summer. She is a masseuse
  20. So h4's are not hid? I thought they were
  21. How is that hammerite to work with? I almost bought some the other day, there's no por15 around this town and it's super spendy anyway. How much did it cost, and did a gallon of each cover the whole interior?
