Well a new relay board and a new map sensor didnt fix it. Im going to try a different cas in my distributor. It seems to do it at higher RPM's and thats the only thing that spinning that i havent changed so ill give it a shot. I have a 700 mile road trip today so wish me luck. Ill try not to spill water on my laptop this time.

I know how you feel Phil. I changed my alternator to a 240sx unit today and it started working much better.. We will see what happens tomorrow.

I honestly thought a 12 secound car would be fast enough. Well that didnt last long. About to the time that I ran a 12.8 at the track with lowered boost to help my clutch not to slip so much and it still slipped, and with my horrible driving and hitting the rev limiter a few times. So right now im kinda hoping that a 11 sec car will be fast enough. Cause I cant afford to build a faster engine right now lol.

Im pretty sure he is running the same as me MSNS v3.0 using the internal coil driver to fire his msd 6a then his coil. I know a few weeks ago he was running BPR7ES-11

Does it do it in between shifts like if your doing a 2nd-3rd-4th run? mine does it at the track some when i shift and then slam my throttle back down during shifts. Ive messed with the Accell enrichment and its gotten better. I just havent taken the time to mess with it more. Ive also heard that switching to MAP dot enrichment might be the way to go with my set up.

The Pigtail connector (123) is used on the 89 single cam ka24e, This is where you can get this connector. Im pretty sure that the other one (456) is used on the KA24DE. I remember this because when i got my TB i remember knowing i needed that plug and couldnt find one. Then i found one this weekend on a single cam 240sx

The one with the smaller shaft has been rebuilt and the shaft was turnned. I ran into this problem before. Any turbo shop should be able to get them.

You might want to check on the licensing it as an antique. Im pretty sure that the only thing that can limit your milage is your insuranc not your tag. I have a antique plate and i put well over 5k a year on my car.

Well no dice folks. Its back the break ups the resets the MSQ erasing. So somthing either changed or it was a fluke that I fixed the problem. Ill keep ya updated on what I keep trying. I might order a new relay board. We will see

Well i made it back. I was farther along than i thought. I was actually a few miles cross the border in FL. Well my friend grabbed his gf's laptop which luckly I installed all the MS software a few weeks ago awaiting his MS install on his RX7. And also Luckly my sister was able to find my flash drive that had a few old maps on it from way back when i was running my stock set up. So she e-mailed the MSQ's to my friend and he down loaded them and took off. It was a about a 2.5hour drive. and he showed up and of course my usb-db9 cable didnt have the drivers installed. So then we have to go drive around and find a place with internet so i can DL the drivers onto his PC. found one hotel that had wireless but it wasnt working somewhere. Finally went to a Flying J and had to pay 5 bucks to get on the internet. Once that was sorted out we went back to my car. I realized he didnt have 29v only the 29v4 INI files so i have to load my 29v file onto the 29v4 format and hope that it worked. I then had to go change about a dozen things and get her running have way decent and i figure ill datelog and use megalog viewer on the road. Well come to find out that Her computer is so out of date that there isnt any java on it or something and megalogviewer wont open. What a pain this is becoming. Have you ever tried to tune a map purely by using the shift up and down feature. It takes forever but I got it to where i could cruise at 78 at 15.5afr. Oh and for what happend to my laptop. It was sitting on the passanger floor board and i had a cooler in front of it. A little softsided one with some ice and pepsi's. Well some how it sprung a leak and soaked my laptop. I took my whole laptop apart on the side of the interstate in the hatch of my car trying to dry it out enough but it wouldnt turn on when I put it back together. So I left nashville at 10am and should of arived here at around 9pm well its 5:30am and im just getting home. Geez i hope everyone else has had a better day than i have
