Where do you get these??

so you want to run flares but only run a 7" rim.... Why??

My mulimeter from craftsman has both built in. IR and a probe. Both work great. only cost around 100 dollars. not sure of the temperature range though. Im not sure they have it any more though.

I didnt balance my xtd when i put it on. I havent had any problems. I am making to much power for it now though. I slip in boost at 20psi when im at the track now that i have wide tires. I need to get a new one but it served me well untill i started turning the boost up alot. For a stock or slightly modified turbo motor and pretty much any NA motor i say they work great. they do chatter from time to time though.

Im actually planning on doing the I5. i like fabrication but i dont think im ready to do that much. so ill take a hit of half a liter and still be .9l bigger than what i have right now and should be ok. If they are only running 8psi and getting 350ish hp then id say it has alot more potential.

I Have decided that this will be the motor im going to throw in my z next or my next z. BUT I dont have the money right now. or a place to woke on it. But once i get settled in here in TN I will be tearing into it. Im thinking that a turbo would be the way to go also. Any one know what the colorado guys are getting hp wise to the wheels with turbos? Stock internals or not.

Wikipedia say it came in a 3.5l from 04-06 making 220hp 225 torque and in 07-08 it came with a 3.7l making 242hp and 242 torque. I wonder how much shorter it is.

There is a thought. What is the displacement on the I5? might make it alot easier.

Actually i read that the car she was looking at did have what she said. They changed cars or used a different engine bay picture later in post production.

I believe Speeder is running AC with the tec3 or maybe a tec2 on his old l28et setup. Maybe pm him for some help

seems like the incorrect com port. to me. at least thats what happens when i put the incorrect com port in. First of all do you have a MSII cpu in the megasquirt? if so you shouldnt have to reflash it to run fuel and spark. Also you do have the key on when you try loading the software right?

I would get it and run it till it dies. Hell it may not die on you and may make the power your looking for. Doesnt look like horrible turbo.

Geeezzz what is the inducer on that turbo? it looks like the inducer is about the size of my whole turbo.

Yes keep the bumpers. That way if he pulls a little to far forward into a parking spot that has a poll or wall infront of it it will just hit the bumper and not the hood. And nice score. Swap it to a Manual and let your son have fun restoring it with you
