    Couldn't you cut it out from generic flat stock? But I think a lot of people don't want to use that stuff since it's like a sponge for moisture.

    Greddy diff cover is pretty darn strong... I have a spare diff if you are interested in building it up and then be able to swap.

    Just to give you an idea of how much flare and cutting you need to do. I think there's another pic of the car with the zg wide flares attached.

    It's a nut that goes into the spherical bearing a little bit to support it. And the bottom portion where the main piston contacts the bottom of the bearing is about 20mm.

    I have the 3 bolt ones, they don't give as much adjustment as the 4 bolt as I understand. I don't know about the install of the 4 bolts. The 3 bolt ones are stock replacements. In order to fit the nut and bearing, you need a shaft that has 12mm thread engagement area.
