  1. I would have been all over it for $150! Hang some turbos on there and let's see how it looks What turbos are the down pipes designed for?
  2. Just like the title says, I need the two caps for the reservoirs. The rubber on mine is in very poor shape. I'd prefer something aftermarket that's all plastic (see pic below), but ill consider anything that's in good shape. Send me a PM with pics and an asking price including shipping to 98447. Thanks, Ryan Picture was stolen from aziza z's parting out thread
  3. Sure hope this problem isn't present with the s12 calipers!
  4. I found 22 pages of your posts http://forums.hybridz.org/index.php?app=core&module=search&section=search&do=quick_search&search_app=core&fromsearch=1
  5. You should use a brake caliper paint kit. They're available from most auto parts stores and are under $25. I've heard good things from the duplicolor brand.
  6. If you're spending 10 grand on an engine, I think you'd be willing to modify the stock steering shaft, weld up a set of custom headers, or look into the long tubes that hooker made. Modifying the steering shaft for clearance has been covered in depth and there are now specific parts made for it.
  7. test reply edit: Well, apparently I can reply to my own thread, which is consistent with the post I made in the group buy section earlier today.
  8. I'm having an issue with some of my posts not showing up today. It's happened to my in the B/S/T as well as in the Nissan l6 forum. Just tried to post in area 51 and I'm having the same issue. Each time I post, it just directs me back to the home page. Any clues? Thanks in advance!
  9. Really liking what you did with mounting the coils on the valve cover Sean! I'll definitely be copying you on that one in the future Where did you get the wrap for your wiring harness? It makes everything look very clean!
  10. rebuilt ka42de with 2 five speeds and a spare block head for $400 in Pasco, WA http://kpr.craigslist.org/pts/1630923828.html
  11. Congratz bro I'm hoping to be in your shoes soon after I graduate!
  12. You can also post up a WTB and keep an eye for someone who has a Z getting the sawzall treatment IMO, it'll be easier to start by getting some stock metal to replace it with, rather than trying to work with sheet and make it look right. Then again, I'm no professional body man if you don't plan on doing it yourself. Even something with a little rust damage that would be cut away with the ZG install would work well.
  13. * applauds * Way to make it happen!
  14. If you don't chose to go with Richard I have one that the smog tubes have been removed from and the openings have been welded shut. Shoot me a PM
  15. 10 to 15 pounds of boost on what engine? By what rmp? A stock t3 will get you to 15 pounds on an l series, but it won't do it very efficiently. Specifics are key. There are many variable that play into turbo selection.
  16. I have one with the correct stubs, an r200 mustache bar, an s30 r200 pinion flange, and a smooth cover for a direct bolt in to an s30. Use your stock half shafts and stock drive shaft. From an automatic car with less than 100k miles. Internals look perfect! PM me with an offer
  17. Putting an SBC into a z32 isn't the most straight forward swap by far, and you have done a very clean job Running all stock engine management?
  18. Bajezzus! 1500 private message capacity??! What other bonuses did I just get myself?
  19. I was about to ask if it was an option for donating members, as that's the case on other forums I've been on along with a few other little parks. I've been needing to donate in the past, because you know, this is BY FAR the best forum I've ever been a member of, so now I'm all over it! Donation sent!
  20. Tim, I haven't gotten an email from you yet, so I'll just post it here. Please email me or PM me back! I made a few phone calls and had a friend go get into my place to get the tracking number for you. It's: 0309 1830 0001 4962 0471 and you can check it here: http://trkcnfrm1.smi.usps.com/PTSInternetWeb/InterLabelInquiry.do Like I said, once it's left my hands I have no control over it and I have no idea why your package is currently in MO and not CA... I'll place a call to USPS on Monday when they're open again.
  21. Hey guys, I was wondering how we download our private messages to our computers with the new layout. I noticed that our inbox has been cut down to only 50 messages now, and I have gone through to get under that limit, but I have quite a few messages saved with technical info, technical conversations, contact info, etc. that I would like to hold onto for future reference. Also, any reason they were cut down so much with the change? I had cut it down to 100 withing a few hours after the change so I could still get PMs, but I just realized that it got cut down to 50 between then and now. Thanks, Ryan
  22. I understand your frustration in the situation, and I'm glad you were able to get a hold of me so we can get things sorted out. Once a package leaves my hands I don't have any control over it any more, and packages do get misplaced/lost/misrouted/etc, so it can take a long time to make it there, even when it shouldn't. I'll be able to get you a "tracking" (usps version of tracking) either late tonight (midnight-1AM PST) when I get home, or some time tomorrow. I'm sure that if you talk to anyone I've dealt with in the past (even if our transaction had some sort of complication) that they'll tell you things got worked out favorably. As for when someone comes posting things for sale that they never had in the first place pay-pal has a protection system in place. It doesn't happen often here on hybridZ, and I haven't seen it happen since we put the seller restrictions into place. We're a good community compared to other forums I've sold on before. edit: Thanks Globerunner513 Tim, please email me. I don't have much room in my inbox and I'm asking how to download my old private messages with the new software so I can have a decent amount of room to work with.
