  2. Trying to help but your description not helping ! A tune should not affect your car cranking or not . However if you mean starting and idling yes it will ofcourse. If your getting ignition ON such as ECU, Fuel pump and all other chasis switched on accerssories then most likely it is the starter wire, Should be a spade connector that runs to starter. If its not you may have other underlying issues such as Ground connections, Main fuses switched power at ign etc,..

  5. I put them on a thicker gauge spade crimp and solder them, than ground on head/block/battery > If your doing on the head or block its good to have 2-3 grounding points from battery

  7. Thanks guys. Well I sent them an email saying the issue is ridiculous for all reasons you mentioned above and more . If they don't reply by tomorrow according to eBay I am allowed to relist. Oh and I shouldn't have to remove the name Nissan just cause a stupid bot or whatever picked it up as copyright infringement ! Just like you mentioned there are thousands more like millions of ads containing Nissan not just on eBay but every platform you could think of and most of them being crappy generic,,,. Sad part about it is if they only knew how die hard I am to Nissan and Datsun! oddly enough my brother is a Nissan Salesman lol

  9. Not really most tb out there are dslots and if he's not changing linkage to other side should still open clockwise. And even then most standalone can calibrate a TPS sensor. Go with 92 from automatic, keep in mind you won't use the 3 pin sqaure plug that looks like the fuel injector rather the 3 pin with rounded corner. Should come off TPS with a little pigtail. Also you might have to re drill the mounts / ears according to what I read I didn't cause I changed the whole throttle body to a 240sx unit with spacer ofcourse https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/nissan,1992,240sx,2.4l+l4,1209013,fuel+&+air,throttle+position+sensor+(tps),5136 The one I use on my MS kits
  10. As some of you may know I'm making the plug and play harness's for us Datsun folk with Megasquirt. From that I became an authorised Megasquirt re-seller and started listing my harness's with other MSPNP (Megasquirt Plug and play ECU'S) that are already out there from DIYautotune. I just got a message from eBay saying 4 of my listings were removed based on trademark violation. They were all Nissan related two of them being them being the harness's I make and the other two were MSpnp ecus for 240sx I am so baffled right now I dont know how this could happen. Ebay is clearly scared so they took them off right away not even caring to look into the matter. These are MY harness that I made for Megasquirt, none of my listings had ANY Nissan/Datsun logos. Furthermore, there are still seller's of the same MSPNP ECU's exactly what they took off.   12. Exactly what cgsheen said don't waste your time on old eccs system its ancient efi and very porblamatic. Throw it on eBay and take that money My advice is to go with Ms2 if your a on a budget even ms1 will give you room to grow your setup with tunability. Or anything for that matter over stock is better. Sds haltech ecumasters just to name a few
  13. Iam now an authorized MS vendor via Amp EFI/DIYautotune. Any products from DIY autotune I can sell. Any sale made through hbz will have a 2-5% donation to the forum ( varies from product to product ) the least I could do for the forum. Prices will be the same price as listed on DIY website and any warranties will still be covered. Also my plug and play harness will still be for sale here as well as more new efi products for hbz so be sure to keep following the progress.
  14. Yes but we already know that the CX racing mounts dont sit the lowest or rear placement, You cant adjust for height on those mounts from what I know and in side to side it doesnt give that much play. The question was more to see if a front sump will work with CX racing mounts.
  15. I always thought that when swapping a jz you need a rear sump here is a pic I found online with what looks to be CX racing mounts and a front sump. So I guess a front sump jz will clear the crossmember?
  16. This is probably not your problem but Id start with your mustache bar bushings they look shot from the pics!! Id replace those. But accel vibrations could be allot of issues from transmission all the way to axles. Good luck

Shipped last week BMAC This weekend will be done full harness with ECU DOOMED This weekend will be done full harness with ECU On the next batch of potential harness Cjewing AustinG Jhill So far everyone has ordered the Full harness + MS2 3.0 assembled / configured ECU the next guys that want the ECU I will go with the 3.57 assembled unit for a couple of reasons - Faster turn around time. It takes allot of time to assemble/test/jumper the 3.0 board. I also have 2x 240z I need to finish for summer hopefully ( I wish ) - 3.57 is machine built so less chance of a bad solder joint But mainly cause its faster. I didnt start the group buy to build ECU's. So far I built 5 and it takes allot of time from the actual Harness work I do. Thanks Hussein

  20. I am currently doing a ms3pro semi sequential with LS coils it is wired sequential till he get a secondary cam phase triggor. I dont think it's necessary to go coils. The distributor is fine however a wasted spark setup (coil pack) is nice too. A bit more control in timing and cleans up engine bay. My setup comes with relays and fuses to replace all the efi fusible links and anything efi related. I will pm you to get your details.

  24. You shouldn't have a big problem looking for the Toyota plugs you can get them new from a lot of places. I'm running the 440 CC yellow yellow they are ev1 if you cant get plugs you can switch to those they are plentiful. from the rb26 I believe I wish I knew at the time that Ms prefers High the injectors I am running Pwm wit no issues. However I did blow one of the bank circuits awhile ago I Dont know if its related or not. Also the car hasn't been driven that long (I got 2 and doing body resto now)
