  4. Wow.... nice place... I need to build another garage....very soon.
  5. The one off the KA24DE works. (twin cam) I believe some of the others are only 55mm
  6. Agreed, it looks to be in great shape. Welcome to the board.
  7. To each his own... but in my own.... its in bad taste....
  8. I'm pretty sure it was him.... I remember the craziness.
  9. DOH ...........I just read the otherday someone who refurbished his..... can't remember where... N/M. here it is.. http://www.atlanticz.ca/zclub/techtips/body/doorhinge/index.htm
  10. Maybe the correct length bolt and some appropriate loctite ??
  11. Looks like the old booster was in fact shot. Found one in my stash in the garage attic that doesn't leak.... although I still can't powder coat it
  12. Nice...such a great feeling to start the car after setting during a rebuild... Maybe I'll see it on the road sometime.. you are not too far from my location...
  13. Site must be getting hammered...
  14. If is in the right gear and your compression is good...... unless you live on a ski ramp
  15. I agree... I always have a bottle of MARVEL MYSTERY OIL somewhere in the garage.
  16. I got my headlights the other day from an ebay supplier to do my H4 conversion. The headlights look great, can't wait to put them on.... HOWEVER.... (rant mode on) Who the hell does the trials on these things??? They are supposed to be 7". They only measure 6 13/16" which does make a difference when you put the trim ring on. ALSO, for the worst part, the locating tabs in the back of the lights are nowhere near right. They cock the headlights off about 20 degrees and look like $h!t. According to their "agreement" shipping back is on the buyer. So looks like I'll have to cut off the locating tabs (good thing that part is not glass) and fabricate some new ones.... Chinese made garbage..... (rant mode off)
  17. How is it possible to take it apart????? Its crimped:confused: I wish it were true. I wanted to powder coat it specifically since it will resist brake fluid.
  18. I think I may have one up in the garage attic.....
  19. I am almost certain you cannot rebuild the booster, no way to get them apart.
  20. Wow, I just noticed this thread.. Scottie, I must say that the GNZ was a sight to behold. Good luck on your next adventure. I really hope though, that I don't get to the point when I feel like I need to sell mine. Too many memories tied up in it to let it go. I can't even bring myself to sell the original block
  21. That is one heluva read.... To the quick... I have never heard of one coming off....
