  1. I have been running 75# injectors from racetronix in my rb25 for over a year now. No complaints. JT
  2. 350rwhp is nothing for a stock rb25. I made a reliable ~500rwhp for quite a while. Didn't break anything until I pushed it to over 600rwhp on the stock motor and pump gas. As for oil, I normally use 10w30 Royal Purple. I am using plain ole 10w30 castrol in this motor at the moment. JT
  3. Definately looks like a series 1 car. If so, look for the "nissan 2400" valve cover and e31 head. You can get a little money for both. Car doesn't look like it's worthy of fixing though. I've paid $100 for complete cars in better shape. JT
  4. Stony: Mine does the same thing. It doesn't start charging until I rev it up to about 3000 or so rpm. If you ever figure out why that is let me know. Joel: I had an issue at first as well. When I got it together with the rb25 alternator it would overcharge....like 14.7-15.0. My neighbor was working on a rb26 swap into his z32 at the time so I borrowed his to try and it fixed the problem.....charged around 14.0. I took the old alternator to a repair shop who said it was fine.....apparently there are different alternators on the rb's....the one I have had to be wired slightly different or something. It works fine on my friends z32 though. When I bought my next motor I tried that alternator and same thing.....overcharging. I know this probably doesn't help you but maybe something to think about.   5. Dave: Our track here is 60 ft short. That is the reason for the mph seeming low for the ET. Your pass would have been a ~7.4 @ 91 in a real 1/8. JT

  7. LOL. Thanks man. Hopefully will have some new track video up after this weekend. Going to the Import Faceoff Sunday in Montgomery to see what it'll do on the gas. Not sure if I'm going to spray the big shot again just yet or not. Even on the 50 shot it should be knocking on the door to the 9's assuming it hooks. JT
  8. $75.00??? Holy crap. You can buy a whole gasket set for under $200 and those come with it. Hell, I'll sell you mine for $74.00. JT
  9. I'm not exactly sure which part you are referring to but if you can descibe it I should have one or 2. I just purchsed another motor and am only using the block and head. I have some parts left over I was planning to sell anyway to recoup some of the cost of the motor. JT

  11. A buddy of mine/neighbor, just finished his rb26 Z32 a few months back. He did all the work himself in his garage and it came out very nice. I'll try to get him to get on here and say a little bit about it. JT
  12. Yeah, they make this thing called a drag radial.....it's great. lol Nah, but seriously, I am running a 235-60-15 M/T ET street radial. Spraying the car in 1st from a roll, making over 600hp, it wouldn't spin.....only a little chirp when it went to 2nd. BTW, this is with 32 psi in them, and pretty much cold. Haven't had a chance to try them from a stop on the gas yet....broken piston. JT Oh yeah, I'm running the z31 LSD and 280zx turbo axles. No problem breaking anything yet.
