  3. I wasn't posting that GTO cause it was exactly the color of my Z it was just as a reference so people would know what year car i was talking about.
  4. Its Mitsubishi red. the color the GTO had. the color code if i remember right is R38... its a stock color so it should be too hard to match i hope..
  5. Got a couple hours in on the red car today. Getting closer to welding the 1/4s on. Look like the 31 inch tires may fit with this wheel combo. we will see. Not to sure i like how low it sits but we will see.
  6. thank's for the rb gm adaptor

  7. Man those front engine dragsters are scary!!! is that just a class spec or is there some reason you went with that vs a rear engine setup?
  8. Trust me i wasn't making fun that the Z was faster the dragster will for sure be one fast mother Fer
  9. Here is my rb20 pan for an rb26 had to beat out the area around the block pickup modified pickup... basically used some of the rb20, rb25 and rb26 pickup to make this one. One of the advantages of being in japan when doing this is there are scrap motors all over the place that you can get stuff like this really cheap. Front part of the pan had to be moved around a bit. This one hole i had to use a allen head bolt a standard 10mm bolt would not fit.
  10. funny thing is it's not as fast as his Z was ... YET
  11. ROB have you posted your results for the dragster anywhere here?

  15. If your still struggling with the undercoating, I have heard that dry-ice makes getting that crap off a breeze. just pile it in freeze it all and it just breaks apart.
  16. Damn you double bulbed him Nice runs that thing gets up and goes.
  17. Hey i didn't say the rb 26 was the best swap i just said it makes any car its put in a better car ;>
  18. i think anything with a RB26 swap is better then it originally was.
  19. Agreed Unless you have access to lots of good used parts rotaries can become very expensive even if you build them on your own.
  20. Got everything i need now just need a rt rear 1/4 window plastic piece. I have one but it was broke during my move in the area i.m not cutting ;>
  21. I too like the FD body. I almost bought a shell while in alaska to put my motor in. there is video of that car on the dyno somewhere.
