  5. Are we talking rb25 or rb26? Also this topic has been covered in length in one of the other threads in the rb section so do a search and im sure you will find all the info you need on this. Im lazy and dont feel like searching for it and or typing it out again
  6. If you look at your block approx the same distance from the rear the you current dipstick is from the front you will see the part of the casting where the hole is supposed to be.
  7. This remoinds me of a story....... Long story short i spent more money on trying to find this elusive vacuum leak and it turned out to be the carb body itself had a crack or something inside that was not fixable. I coulda bought myself a really nice new carb instead i messed around with rebuild after rebuild and even took it to a Pro carb guy still no fixy.... so i sold the car. ( 68 mustang) Put one more rebuild on it if it dosn't work I'd put another carb on it. Or at least barrow one and see if it works.
  8. Mine has been on jackstands for almost 4 years. supposed to be ready by the ened of january.... yea right
  9. Holy crap..... i cringed watching that. That chick has a lot of balls or no brains..... Oh wait chicks dont have balls so it must be the later:trippen:
  10. Again the only reason i bought these where because i have a freind that has used both of these parts ( wastegate and Blowoff) on several different hi HP cars and they worked flawless. I would have never bought anything from SSAC unless i had seen something in person. I should be able to give a personal testimony in a month or so i hope:grin:

  12. Here's a company selling the same blowoff with a 3 incast pipe with the vband attachment allready on it. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&viewitem=&item=330078932510 I found this while looking for a aluminum v band fitting. I'm going to be using aluminum pipe and the fitting that came with the blowoff was steal. I was considering buyin this just for the pipe when i came across this in there ebay store. Well it is not exactly this one, The one i bought is just the pipe. It was only 10.00 US. Thought someone would be interested

  17. 240SX didnt have an external voltage regulator. The older Zs did. i relly thing thats what casues that.
  18. What i think is going on is the internal reg in the alternator is not putting out enough at idle to kick over the stock Z voltage regulator until you rev it. then it kicks over and stays over allowing the alternator to change the system.
