  1. I wouldn't mind the other half if someone's already cutting up a car.
  2. If you know anyone with a lathe, those would take about 30 minutes or less to create. Delrin and aluminum stock is pretty cheap too
  3. So it's a thin delrin bushing surrounded by an aluminum sleeve with a zerk fitting? These are basically that, but with adjustability...https://technotoytuning.com/nissan/240z/rear-camber-and-toe-bushings-240z-260z-and-280z
  4. two of them are +10, but the other two are +0. http://www.ebay.com/itm/16X8-10-16X9-0-ROTA-GRID-V-4X114-3-SPORT-BRONZE-RIM-FIT-AE86-240SX-STAGGERED-/132034731510 If you didn't need them in bronze, they have the correct size and offset in White: http://www.ebay.com/itm/16X8-ROTA-GRID-V-WHEELS-4X114-3-RIM-0MM-OFFSET-WHITE-/350808316889 and Gunmetal: http://www.ebay.com/itm/ROTA-WHEEL-GRID-V-16X8-4X114-3-0-GUNMETAL-WITH-POLISH-LIP-LAST-SET/272569046568?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D2%26asc%3D41402%26meid%3D56cc2dea910d4e628fff1c788d3a8fac%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D3%26rkt%3D6%26sd%3D350808316889
  5. I removed all the parts that could be removed with a screw driver and socket set and scraped off all the inside rubbery crap. The only thing I cut off was the spare tire well. I think i still have the sill that's not pictured, but it's a rusty pile of garbage. Pretty sure I need to buy one of these: http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/classic02o03c/30-7291
  6. I have some questions regarding the rear of my 73 240z. After taking everything apart, is the rear hatch sill suppose to have all those holes in it? if not, should I look into chopping out the back of a another Z and transplanting it, or just trying to fill them with weld or something? Same goes for that missing chunk of the hatch sill which the previous owner chopped out.
  7. Can you put the injectors on the other side of the manifold?
  8. It's a prototype part that doesn't exist yet. There's no way to know.
  9. Oh no way, a bunch of Canadians did something really nice for each other. Crazy.
  10. I was just gonna run this and hope for the best! I might safety wire the bolts on the driveshaft side. Maybe re-make the whole thing with a thicker piece of aluminum. Who knows.
  11. Is the rack any different on a WRX as it is on a Forester?
  12. OK wait, who has had bad experiences with these : http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/classic02c/50-1562 I'd also like to know what makes the other ones better.
  13. While cool looking, wont' that just add extra weight from added exhaust tubing and extra bends in your exhaust system making it not as free flowing? If you don't care, that's fine. This is the only other one I've seen
  14. If you feel like taking a small flight, there's one in Seattle https://seattle.craigslist.org/tac/ctd/5934978294.html
  15. You gonna do it like who BRE used to run it, or actually put it through the rear of the car?
  16. If you have any vacuum storage bags, it'll keep everything from drying out.
  17. No sir, there are no links in your post.
  18. So make the head desmodronic and don't worry about springs.
  19. I think the real question is if there's anything in the engines ECU about having an automatic transmission or not.
  20. Sounds like bad news bears for using the Vortec 4200 in an S30. http://njay240z.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html The engine looks to be too tall.
  21. I'm assuming the mounting holes are going to go on those little tabs on the inside of the main bracket. Seeing as you'll have to weld them on, could you also weld a gusset to the back of that opening for added strength? I've attached a MS Paint edited drawing
  22. If you're gonna vent it to the fuel filler neck, you're gonna need to have a vented cap.
  23. My point is, if you're gonna drop that much cash for that set up, why not hunt around for a bit more to find a Q45 or Z32TT rear end? A 1990 to 1996 Q45 isn't exactly super rare. At a Pick'n'pull I think I got an R200 and 4 axles for around 250 bucks. 250 dollars is worth the LSD in my opinion.
