  1. http://www.unclaimed.org/ Click on your state, and see if you have any unclaimed $... I found $49.99 Every little bit helps !! Just thought I would pass it on
  2. Intake looks awesome. You may want to consider welding braces around the intake so it doesn't balloon and possible split. I have seen it happen with a few sheet metal intakes. Mike
  3. Cool Chris... I remember shooting the crap with you at SkyCraft Anyway, PM me or email me your number via email (Gadwaw@gmail.com) and I'll get in touch. If you want to check out the spacing first hand, I have everything mocked up. Mike
  4. Another option is to make spacers that bolt between the hub and rotor to allow the Z31 5-lug hubs to be used with any 240z brake rotor and calipers... Mike
  5. I have been mocking up the Z31 5-lug front hubs on my 71 240Z. My dilemma is that the spacing of the Z31 hubs spaces out my current Wilwood brake rotor an extra inch (toward the wheel). I was wondering if there was any interest in a Wilwood rotor hat and caliper bracket that would allow the use of the Z31 5-lug front hubs that puts the brake rotor back where it shold be. I was talking with my machinist and he suggested seeing if there was anyone else interested in doing the same mod before I have just one set made, so that's what I was doing... Mike
  6. Nope... Roller's street/strip Z is quicker... http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=128026
  7. sounds like it's time for the Z32 swap... Call Austin!!
  8. I used a 3" steel driveshaft. A good driveshaft shop can make one for you if you provide the Yoke you need and the center to center u-joint length you require. Mike
  9. When should I drop my car off for you to finish up, now that you have all of this free time... Congrats Scottie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  10. Derek (DLC) is looking, I imagine, for 900 rwhp. He's pretty familiar with the 2JZ + turbo stuff. Having seen his previous projects, this new car he picked up will be one to watch SF - what stall are you intending to run with the 67BB turbo.. I have continued to run a 4200 stall since I put the motor in the car, and didn't require nitrous to spool the turbo until I went from a T-72 p-trim w/ a .81 a/r housing to a 76mm w/ a .81 a/r housing. Just some food for thought... BTW, very nice work Mike
  11. ... and that's cheaper than having to replace your first broken W58
  12. No OD in my TH400 either, but with the forward shift pattern and vacuum connected, I can just put it in drive and putter around town like any other auto with the tranny shifting through the gears for me. I use a B&M ratchet shifter and it allows me to shift manually when I want to. I street drive mine a good bit, so that's one of the reasons I went with the TH400. I've managed a few high 1.3xx 60's, although it is on the footbrake. figured I'd throw in my .02 Mike
  13. Congrats!! Hats off to you helicopter guys.. I'll stick w/ my fixed wing people mover though
  14. I was looking for the article from the DNI event as well... maybe it will be in the next edition... Congrats BTW... car looks great
  15. Good luck w/ the sale. Nice car and a nice price...
  16. Looked at the car months ago... I wouldn't touch it for $1500
  17. Hey Rick!! Great to see you still around!! Mike
  18. Congrats !! The car is a beast for sure!!
  19. Huh? Those are aftermarket DGV's, not 73 carbs... Also has that ugly 260z steering wheel with the huge horn button.... Not worth the asking price to me, but it has potential...
  20. Thanks Brad ..I meant lobe center I think my old ISKY turbo cam was 44* overlap I was about to EDIT it, but I am not able to for some reason...
  21. LOL!! At the rate I am going, yours will be on the road before I get mine back on the road!! Mike
