Wow I didn't know the VG has the same gas milage as the VQ. Lately Iv'e been getting poor milage, maybe I should stop seeing 6k rpm and lay off the gas pedal. I swear the truck will beat most cars!

My Parents (unfortunatly not me) were in the market to buy a new mid-size truck. They let me choose, but that wasn't so hard because I didn't have to look any further than Nissan's new lineup. Nissan offers so many options for the Frontier and I wanted them ALL. However, with all those options the truck would be out of the price range my Parents wanted. So I looked into used ones and finally scored them the truck I wanted for the price they wanted to pay. Hey Q, yeah it has been a while. Just to make sure you should pull a coil pack and stick a plug on it and physically check if there is spark. When you turn on your ignition (with your key) do you hear the two relays near the ecu click? I guess you can also check ignition system ground.

is it similar to the greddy manifold? i'd just stick with teh stock one, or maybe a little bigger. the 80 is too big IMO

I think your testing in the wrong spot. Heck, anything with street tires will understeer on a sandy road, even an F1 car. Go to an open parking lot that has a CLEAN surface, or if you feel your not putting yourself or others in danger, go out to a canyon road or something. Aside from that, check: Camber dampening sway bars overall alignment

I actually had the opposite problem when I was running l28 and 5-speed. When I changed my slave I bought aftermarket the slave rod that pushes the fork was actually too long. The rod, however, had threads on it so it was adustable, so a shortened and adjusted it and it was fine. In you case, If you remove the boot on the slave are there threads on the rod? was the clutch master, clutch line, and slave properly bled? also check the pedal adjustment inside.

I know what you mean becuase i'm currently a strugling ME sudent. In the majority of my Engineering based courses i'm surrounded by a bunch of wheenies who wouldn't dare to fabricate something and get their hands dirty. The way I see it is this: I can get paid good money and make a living off of somthing I love to do. There are however, many other ways to do what I love to do, but this is just the path I decieded to take. So Hopefully you don't see people who already know how to work with their hands as a "sell out" for going to school and studying engineering.
