Oh my god, ALL OF THOSE are huge pet peeves of mine. I don't have perfect grammar, but I feel like I have better grammar than most people. Fortunately, the 3 forums I visit most frequently all have memberships with at least decent grammar... there's a regional board I go on occasionally, that you would swear was comprised entirely of elementary school students. It's awful. What's worse is some of these people are police officers, business owners, etc. I have a very hard time taking these people seriously when they make simple spelling mistakes, or don't even TRY to type properly.

Personally, I think he's probably pulling your leg. I'm not seeing anything that suggests there is frame damage enough to knock the hatch/rear quarter out of alignment. It doesn't even look like it pushed in that bit of the rear subframe right behind the roll pan, and if it did, not very much. Granted, I am not a professional, not even close.

Didn't know a CF hatch that didn't pin on was available. Might have to look into this into the future. Looks great too!

That just looks like surface rust, no need to cut anything out unless it's a lot worse than it looks in the pics.

R200 mount OR some short steering knuckles like you'd buy from MSA or AZC. I know they're not cheap either way.

That's why I got my 240z. Well, sort of. It's more because my 280z is in pieces, and I don't have the money or skill to fix it any time soon.

You're not kidding. Even with Comcast cable internet, this thread doesn't load all that quickly. On the other hand, it's good to see pretty constant progress. Keep it up!

Derek, I think the thread is about the bar right under our user titles. Which, IIRC, is post count related. For those with two bars, the other is related to the donations they've made.

That's actually not too bad. Looks more functional (ie, easier to open, less hassle, etc), and certainly better looking than 90% of the sunroofs I see.
