    I actually like it, even though I wouldn't expect myself to. BTW, check out Metallicar's 280 2+2. It is painted a similar shade of green.

    Personally, I think he's probably pulling your leg. I'm not seeing anything that suggests there is frame damage enough to knock the hatch/rear quarter out of alignment. It doesn't even look like it pushed in that bit of the rear subframe right behind the roll pan, and if it did, not very much. Granted, I am not a professional, not even close.

    Didn't know a CF hatch that didn't pin on was available. Might have to look into this into the future. Looks great too!

    That just looks like surface rust, no need to cut anything out unless it's a lot worse than it looks in the pics.

    I'd miss my Z, but I've never driven it.

    R200 mount OR some short steering knuckles like you'd buy from MSA or AZC. I know they're not cheap either way.

    Too cool. Must've been something like when my dad FINALLY got his Charger up and running about 5 years ago. I don't think it had been driven much in about 20 years - at the very least since 1984 when the house was finished. Keep us posted on your project. What plans do you have for it?

    That's why I got my 240z. Well, sort of. It's more because my 280z is in pieces, and I don't have the money or skill to fix it any time soon.

    You're not kidding. Even with Comcast cable internet, this thread doesn't load all that quickly. On the other hand, it's good to see pretty constant progress. Keep it up!

    Derek, I think the thread is about the bar right under our user titles. Which, IIRC, is post count related. For those with two bars, the other is related to the donations they've made.

    That's actually not too bad. Looks more functional (ie, easier to open, less hassle, etc), and certainly better looking than 90% of the sunroofs I see.

    Hood vents black, everything else green. You could get away with a black spoiler, but a black airdam just looks unfinished.

    Okay I think I see what happened. - Bought 260z, wanted to rip into it and tore it apart. - Decided you wanted to actually drive a Z - No Z (in one piece) - Bought POS to drive - It was too crappy, got rid of it - Now you're buying something else to drive that is actually a decent car. How accurate am I? Not that I did exactly the same thing or anything...

    What are you planning on doing with it?

    I have my 240z up as high as I think I can safely go, and it's pretty cramped. Movement is fairly limited. I'm only 5'9".
