I remember reading that they have the same internals but the position of the starter on the bellhousing is at different locations. Can anyone verify this?

I have a 78 280Z engine for sale. Previous owner let the car sit since 1991 I believe because of some electrical problems. The engine turns over freely. It is the complete long block (heads never been off), with intake and exhaust manifolds, flywheel, oil pressure sensor, thermostat housing and thermo sensors, crank pulley, fuel rail, and injectors. It is missing the TB and most of the other stuff that was on the intake manifold. From what I remember, the cam and rockers looked prestine when I checked under the valve cover. I'll take $100 for it. I am local in Whittier, Ca and can deliver it to you place if you live really close. PM me if you are interested.

I have a L28ET stock fuel rail and injectors from a car that was running before the engine was pulled. I can verify that the resistances of the injector coils are good. I can do $60 plus shipping if you are interested. Send me a PM if you are interested.

I ended up buying the 25 spline adapters from John (Nizzan), item 1 on the list above. Great guy by the way. Adapters were in great shape and he shipped them quickly. I'm still looking for the following: 3) A set of front spacers for the Toyota caliper upgrade using either the 280Z or the 240Z hubs. 4) A JSK or Pallnet o-ring 11mm fuel rail for Supra type injectors. 5) Performance springs and shocks for the 240Z strut tubes. 6) 75-76 280Z fuel tank and straps.
