So I'm sitting here thinking about random stuff for the first startup, when the thought occurs to me that I'm really not sure how much oil the engine requires with my oil cooler.
It then occurs to me that I'm not sure if I'll be able to properly fill the oil with the added capacity of the cooler itself. The way the cooler is mounted, all of the oil would drain out of it via gravity, is this assumption correct?

If the oil does drain out of it, should I just measure the capacity of it and add in that much extra oil and not go off the dipstick readings or what?
Would it just be wiser to install the cooler the other way around and try and make the hoses work (I've got much extra hose)
