  1. Take off eh! ya hoser. Awesome show
  2. Great info! Just make sure to wear the proper protective breathing gear when welding over primer/paints. Those fumes are bad news bears no matter how you look at it!
  3. If they're Legit 3 piece, you can buy new lips for them and increase the width. The lips are NOT cheap though.
  4. It'd be really nice if they could make a poisonous-to-mice wire looming.
  5. That's true, but if you have enough beer they'll sit and drink with you. eh?
  6. holy crap you guys. Or you could move to Canada where this sorta stuff happens once a year in like the entire country...
  7. I've never tried it, or seen anyone else try it. It doesn't clear the sway bar in 510's, I have no idea what the clearance is like in a z31 though.
  8. Hahaha blow really hard! It's not too difficult to remove so I don't foresee any huge issues coming from it!
  9. What are you planning to do about the front sump oil pan?
  10. Any car that can break Jeremy Clarkson's neck is cool in my books.
  11. Cool, thanks for the suggestion John. We'll see how this works I guess.
  12. +1 on the pet clothing... Super cute dog man, should be pretty darn smart too with all that boarder collie in her!
  13. I haven't seen a set come up in Quite some time. Your best bet would be to grab some 87-89 turbo wheels (16") and get them powdercoated white.
  14. So I'm sitting here thinking about random stuff for the first startup, when the thought occurs to me that I'm really not sure how much oil the engine requires with my oil cooler. It then occurs to me that I'm not sure if I'll be able to properly fill the oil with the added capacity of the cooler itself. The way the cooler is mounted, all of the oil would drain out of it via gravity, is this assumption correct? Here's a picture of its current position: If the oil does drain out of it, should I just measure the capacity of it and add in that much extra oil and not go off the dipstick readings or what? Would it just be wiser to install the cooler the other way around and try and make the hoses work (I've got much extra hose) Thanks for any help!
  15. John, Depending on the length of studs you need, check out ATV wheel studs. They are m10x1.25. The ones I got were 29.5mm long IIRC the Kawasaki PN was 92151-1392
  16. DUDE! you need about 2" of spacer on those things! That's battleshipping like Crazy!!
  17. 3" should be good to upwards of 750bhp, according to my main man Mr. Corky Bell.
  18. Do it. Legit Watanabes give you hella jdm points and many internet cookies will be rewarded.
  19. If you're looking for a z31 factory service manual, check out: http://www.xenonz31.com/reference Hope that helps!
  20. For some reason this makes me feel better about myself. Does that make me a bad person?
  21. I have a 240sx (s13) 60mm throttle body and a 2.75" coupler fits snugly over it. I wouldn't try and make a 3" fit; I doubt you could get a 2.5" over it. I just came in from the garage after test fitting this.
  22. the throttle body is a 2.5" coupler? IIRC z31's are 2.75", but it may have changed from generation to generation.
  23. Try closing the gap to .40, and those are the correct plugs IIRC. NGK Coppers are the way to go!
