  1. I am in Asheville let me know if I can help. dc1298@hotmail.com
  2. Damn when you spell it out like that cost add up quick. (note: I am no expert but...) at 400hp that trans is going to break. I think 300 is really doable and damn fast for 2300lb car. That is where I guesstimate mine at 15lbs. At 400lb you are pushing cast pistons and may need some port work and a good tune/meth injection. 12000k to spend you might as well go 2j or rb30. TimO knows high HP L28
  3. might want to check out hoke performance
  4. I saw it on FB . I am interested but was wondering about performance. Keep in mind that I very far from being an expert but wouldn't you run a chance of going lean with the injectors so far up on the runners ? and are the runner openings bigger than the head openings for the intake valves ? just some thoughts It certainly looks like it would flow better and it looks as if the runners do not tapper like the stock ones which would allow for a lot better flow. 5. sorry took the picture and never posted it yes it is the same in my 72
  6. Need someone to pick up some wheels and deliver to Asheville or if they are going to zdays at Lake Fontana I could meet. Can pay $$$ thanks
  7. Sorry but I thought had the down pipe but all I could find was the elbow . I will look again over the weekend but dont think its going to happen .
  8. I think I still have a stock one 40$ shipped lmk and I will look
  9. I may have disagree . the price for z cars are going up cant find too many 240s , coil overs, lsd,t56 and aluminium heads aren't cheap. yes 15 is a little high maybe 12ish
  10. Just my 2cent. I have the same kit except mine is tuned for 420cc injectors. Now I have sunk ring lands on a forged pistons, but they were 10 years old and I had other issues. The JWT set is untunable the only thing you can do is adjust the Fuel pressure regulator. Thats is an impressive amount of boost I think you are pushing your set up . I assume you are logging through your boost controller ? perhaps look at duty cycle and make adjustments there? If your set up is like mine you are using a relay and not the ECU to control the fuel pump. I am interested to know more about your set up . what kind of pistons? head work ? how much boost /HP ?
  11. That is a funny analogy but very true ..
  12. just in case someone has a set laying around
  13. umm I got a chinese ebay turbo and a chinese ebay wastegate (tial knock off ) both were working when pulled
  14. I am sure others will chime in but that is a lot of boost on those flat top pistons. I am curious what others have run on flat tops
  15. I have one 150 plus shipping around 30ish
  16. So that is an O ringed block ? or are the rings in the head gasket ?
  17. So did you ditch the JWT for something programmable ?
  18. Man I am sure you can find one there probably about 200 plus 200 for the bare block. All the f54 blocks are the same
  19. I have one as well but east coast
  20. No but if you are having a shop do it I would consider a stand alone such as mega squirt
  21. stock manifold = no turbo also I wish a stock HG would have prevented my broken ring land would have saved me a ton of $$$
