Front the pictures I saw, it looked like a Z22 or Z24 or variant (looks like the engine in my '82 truck) NAPS type engine. I'll try to get some more information and a contact number.... It looks like its a or C230 model...

A friend of my brothers has a Nissan Laurel that he was restoring but quit for some reason. He said all the parts are there, bumper(s)? have been rechromed ( not installed )... Its a RHD and a 5 speed. 4 banger. No idea what he is asking for the car, just checking to see if anyone wanted it on here or knew someone how does. Its a 4 door though... :/

I was looking for some as well to put some "gills" on the fenders... Kinda liked the style of the old Trans Am gills.

I put it in my '91 SHO a couple of years ago and it definately seemed to shift smoother.. synchros seemed to work better also.. not the cheapest stuff in the world but it seemed to work. One thing to watch out though... check to make sure that it is not leaking.. my old fluid didn't leak but the synchromesh seemed to have disappeared slowly... must have been while it was hot because there was never any in the driveway.

If you are talking about the drip rail trim... you can get an older (strong) metal can opener and roll some vinyl tape around the end to take up some of the space since the rail is fairly small... it will take it off without ruining it..

cool... Can you do a couple different paint schemes for my 510 wagon project ?? not sure what colors to go with yet.. nothing fancy... just so I have an idea what the color combos would look like.

Il lived in Lincolnton for about 20 yrs.. right in town. I actually don't "live" in Cherryville, but thats what my address is.. I live closer to West Lincoln. The stuff I pick up is from a custom cycle shop that I do coating for.. actually gotta go over there tomorrow to drop off and pick up.

I think I will be tinting the center also.... since I am tinting all of the stainless chrome and aluminum trim on the car.. Just a hint of smoke translucent powder on all that stuff... and the wheel center. -
Just finished up a test of a Z wheel that I am working on to put on the 510 wagon.. The 14" Z rims are nice and light... plus I already had them here Wanted to do something a little different...and get rid of those tiny 13x5's Whadda ya think.....before I do the other 3 Powdercoated gunmetal, lip and all with a polished center... I really need a daytime pic....

definately not a frame problem.... get a fender and headlight bucket and get everything to line up, then send her off to paint... Really sux though..

hmm.. maybe the mileage is ok... but its still running a little on the rich side and slugglish on the top end..which may indicate the fuel not burning completely... I'll take a look at the timing marks on the gear soon... I think that may be the culprit, since the mileage factor has been ruled out..

I bought one (very similar to those) for determining when to start timing the parts that are being powdercoated.. Nifty little tool.

If it wasn't a 2+2 I think It could bring quite a bit more than $3-4000. It looks like its in excellent condition... not many are that clean in this side of the US..
