  1. Try putting the two posts together with a screwdriver or something... see if that makes it turn.. if it turns over then, the solenoid is shot. (make sure its outta gear)
  2. Fuel pressure sounds like a possibility or maybe some trash in the lines.
  3. Alot of us in my area have been riding it for years, mainly motorcycles... just in the last 5-6 years or so have I seen it more "advertised".
  4. I've personally had one dead MSD box... What about the Crane units....any good?
  5. Nice halloween work in here !!!
  6. HAHAHAH !!! what an idiot....
  7. Cool.. There are quite a few good songs on their album... I'm surprised I haven't heard any on the radio.......wait... yes I do know... radio sux.
  8. Like johnc said... parts washer and media blaster.. I love the media blaster makes parts look new in no time.. I have even used it to take overspray of wiring and not damage it.. with glass beads on low pressure..
  9. If you think about it, you should be able to get some pretty high pressures to feed it.. hmmmm..
  10. AHHH !!!!! the pics need to be compressed..
  11. HAHA... I remember having aluminum flakes all over the place.. Looking good. A assume you are going to smooth up the bores, right? I don't know how far your tool can reach, but is there a way you can taper the intake bore a little more ??
  12. I like the green too Kinda reminds me of the "Grinch" green but brighter ! I've done a couple bikes that went to Honda of Charlotte in that Green. If you polish the wheels and NOT use chrome powder, you will get a very nice finish. There are a couple of them on their site now that I did... http://www.motomadness.com/photo_gallery.asp Middle pic on the top... The silver and green CBR and the black, yellow and red bike behind it. Those pics should give you an idea on the candy finishes. Fairly close to the anodized finish, but not flat looking.
  13. Here are a few over chrome and polish. The candy red ATV frame picture is not good... no sunlight on it scroll down for the wheel. http://www.technacolor.com/candy_red.html http://www.technacolor.com/candy_blue.html http://www.technacolor.com/candy_lime_green.html
  14. There are high temp tapes to mask off areas when powdercoating.
  15. Not sure about the anodizing.. Powder coating I know There are a few colors that simulate anodized finishes... red and blue. The candy colors look similar to anodizing, it all depends on what base coat you put under them. As far as pricing.. the more complicated it gets the higher it runs...obviously. Each color has to be cured individually.
  16. Nice... indeed.. too fast of a car for the competition that was there. I love the intro, drifting and the Hazzard theme .
  17. That sucks... really.. I got hit by one a couple of weeks ago (a buck)... I had slowed enough where he ran into the side of the Maxima... broke the windshield, mirror and bent the window frame of the rear window... I feel lucky since it could have like your mishap.. I wish I would have taken some of that meat home also I haven't had venison in quite a while
  18. N/P alexideways, I thought about the VG swap in my 510, but now I'm thinking more the lines of a KA swap... really wanna do a VQ30 swap though more fabbing involved..... Otherwise I might be hitting you up for the parts
  19. If that is the V6 version... you can sell some parts off the engine (intake, exhaust manifold, couple of other things...) to the 510 crowd specifically that are doing the VG swap..something about those few parts that make the swap easier than the parts that came off the 300ZX VG engine.
  20. HAHA... I remember wearing those crappy plastic things when i was a kid... I think I had a Charlie Brown one..
  21. At least you get snow... We don't get it often... and if it does... its only an inch or two and its gone in no time.
