  1. Thanks John! I'll print and pack the link you posted.
  2. I've heard some stories about individuals towing thru florida being harrassed by the DMV. I'm about to take my car trailer down there and move my kid. Just wanting to know what to look out for before I start the trip. Has anyone had any experience with this? Thanks.
  3. Maybe just am old boot. I've never had one fail that was not cut by something.

  6. Raleigh, Cary area is a great place. Charlotte is also pretty good. You could live in SC and commute to Charlotte. You would have the low SC taxes and the better job opportuinties Charlotte affords.
  7. I've got a line on one right now. If it falls thru I'll PM you. I should know in a day or two. Thanks.
  8. I'm looking for an s-30 cross member. East coast preferably. Motor mount towers do not need to be there. Please respond here. Thanks
  9. I'm looking for a pair of the short or quick ratio steering knuckles that Nissan motorsport sold. Anybody have a pair laying around they want to let go? Respond here please.
  10. If you do it use lexan not plexy glass. Imo lexan is not for a dd. It scratches easily and lights from the rear at night will be a pain. I had a lexan front windshield in my race car but got rid of it because it scratched so easily. I still have the rear lexan on the car but it does not get driven at night. With the sun behind me In the afternoon it can be difficult to see clearly.
  11. I hope he gets his asking price. I'll sell mine to %10 of that!

  13. Have you looked to confirm that these parts are really failing again?
  14. Mike, I'm sorry for your loss. Hang in there.
  15. 2500 for a tank would be a bit steep. I would have found another alternative also. Enjoying watching it all come together.
  16. How does the piston area compare between the 6 pot wilwoods and the 4x4 callers? Anyone know?
  17. Pull the pads. Front and rear. Brand and compound will be on the back of the pad for any decent pad. Post what you got. I'm betting most of this can b e fixed with changing pad compound. Are you using the stock proportion valve?.
  18. Mike, I'd mount the bar on the car, see how much length you need between the heim joints, and then either use a male and female heim joint or use threaded ron and lock nuts if a longer length is needed. I bet a male and female heim joint would work there.
  19. Is the heim joint on the control arm for the sway bar mount the same size as the joint in your pic? Is there a set screw or soemthing that keeps the slider from sliding?
  20. Mike, Hang in there. Sorry to hear about your Dad. It's hard to watch your parents age.
  21. With percision tools like that, this problem will be solved in no time.
  22. My first shake down was about 10 minutes on the track and then back in the trailer to address issues. Sounds about right. Congrates!! Ask BJ about his shake down.
  23. Just remember, you steer it with your right foot. Good luck and Congrats on getting this far.
